Mater Dei cornerback Cory Lavender Cory Lavender 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB Mater Dei | 2026 State CA announced his commitment to Washington on Friday.
He had 41 tackles, two interceptions, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries which earned him Prep Redzone All-Southern California junior team honors.
Lavender visited Washington for its junior day event in March. He had many other offers including Miami, Oklahoma, Stanford, Texas A&M and USC. He is the second player from California in Washington’s 2026 recruiting class.
