Honore checks in as the highest ranked new addition to the 2027 rankings following his transfer announcement to Bishop Gorman after a couple productive seasons with one of the elite programs in the country in Mater Dei. The former Georgia-commit has continued to ascend on the recruiting trail picking up offers from Michigan, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky in this calendar year and comes in to Nevada as one of the most-offered receivers in the state. He’s an explosive playmaker that can operate out of the slot or perimeter and has the route-running prowess to separate from any alignment. Shows his versatility making plays in the defensive secondary but his speed, quickness, and agility project him as a slot weapon at the next level. Honore holds 15+ P-4 offers.

He stretches the field well and adjust to the ball mid-route better than most receivers. Honore isn’t a big guy but he is very good on 50/50 balls and has good body control. He is committed to Georgia.

Honore caught 23 passes for 353 yards with six touchdowns as a sophomore for Mater Dei last season. He earned MVP honors at the National Preps Showcase this offseason.
Honore visited Georgia last weekend and committed shortly after. He also had offers from Arizona State, North Carolina, Texas and West Virginia among others. Honore is the first player in Georgia’s 2027 recruiting class.

Honore is a savvy slot receiver who separates with elite-level route running and consistently finishes plays with strong ball skills. 5’10” 175 lbs. he uses quick feet, good pace, and sharp breaks to create windows against both man and zone coverage. Manipulates coverage with good use of leverage, stems, head fakes, and body lean to make subtle route variations effective in getting open. Equally dangerous stretching the field vertically as he is at the short/intermediate levels showing an instinctive feel for spacing and adjusting mid-route. High level natural ball skills, he’s confident at the catch point and attacks the ball in the air showing he can play the ball through contact or outside his framework. Excellent field awareness, acceleration, and lateral agility to make explosive plays after the catch. Holds 16 total offers with several top programs coming in the last month including Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, and Louisville. Recently named MVP at the National Preps SoCal Showcase.

Honore has been having a stellar track season and showed off some of his speed at the showcase on Saturday. He stood out in the individual drills and was always open in the one-on-one period.
While a lot of receivers were running double moves on slow-developing routes to get open, Honore was creating separation on shorter routes and blowing my defensive backs with his release. He stood out as a top route runner at the event.

Honore had a 90-yard touchdown reception in Mater Dei’s 37-15 win over De La Salle in the Open Division championship game.
He has excellent straight line speed and blew by De La Salle’s secondary and flat out outran the De La Salle safety after the catch for the score. Honore had an excellent offseason this past spring and should dominate the camp circuit again this year.
