Foglesong was the starting right guard for Mater Dei and is one of the better run blockers in the Trinity League. He does a good job getting underneath the defensive lineman and getting leverage on them to drive them back in the run game. Foglesong is a good athlete for his size, has a good skip pull and does a good job blocking at the second level. Sometimes you can tell when he is pulling by looking at his eyes, but that’s an easy fix. He is aggressive with his hands in pass protection. Foglesong has no offers yet but recently visited UNLV and UC Davis.

Foglesong is a versatile guy who played both guard positions for Mater Dei last season and some right tackle. He does a good job engaging defenders in the run game instead of just getting in their way like some linemen do. He leverages his weight well to control the defender at the point of attack and takes good angles while picking up linebackers at the second level. Foglesong could improve his foot speed in pass protection, particularly while picking up blitzes, but he recovers well and has solid hands. UNLV and Sacramento State have offered him.
