This past Saturday, nearly 200 Upper Midwest, primarily led by home state Minnesotans, congregated on the first-class Plymouth Community Center for a day of competition, learning, and networking. The PrepRedzoneMN Spring Exposure Series' Showcase was the state's premier warmup and introduction to the chaotic yet essential Summer Camp SZN, where the first two weeks of June represent arguably the two most important weeks on the recruiting calendar and scholarship money begins to get tossed around like Monopoly. Split into two sessions, the PRZMN Spring Showcase featured three sections: 1) athletic testing, verified with laser technology, 2) individual technique and position-focused coaching, led by college coaches from local DIII and MIAC schools, and 3) 1v1 competition. With this many competitors to choose from and PRZMN's team of scouts working hard and evaluating position by position, it is time we turn our attention to the vaunted Session 2 All-Camp Team. Four position groups (WR, TE, DB, QB), three teams and an honorable mention, and a boatload of Minnesotans represented! Congrats to the selections!

A well-known and well-covered QB out of the budding 2028 class in Minnesota, [player_tooltip player_id='1654549' first='Graham' last='Greseth'] generated some near palpable buzz in Plymouth at the PRZMN Spring Showcase. The Rogers turned Maple Grove gunslinger set to inherit a QB room left behind by South Dakota State commit [player_tooltip player_id='489731' first='Kaden' last='Harney'], big cleats to fill, but Greseth is really starting to mature, develop, and dare I say, blossom. Measuring in at 6'3, 190 lbs., with a 75" wingspan, 9" hands, and a 4.72 shuttle and 8'5" broad (4.53 shuttle and 8'7 broad in December at the PRZMN Winter Showcase), Greseth looked extremely polished in Plymouth. Standing tall, strong, and poised in the pocket, Greseth was getting the ball out quickly and with consistent accuracy, putting together the strongest body of work passing-wise of any QB in attendance. Coaches, media, and even parents agreed that Greseth was slinging it around like the Big Dog in attendance. Can't wait to see this dude in the Crimson soon!

The top QB in Minnesota's 2029 class, [player_tooltip player_id='1524598' first='Jamison' last='Mackey'] is a legit arm talent that the Land of 10,000 Lakes - and especially its QB aficionados - will be eagerly watching going into next season as well as the next three seasons of varsity football. Mackey looks seasoned, comfortable, and poised far beyond what his age would indicate, with big-time ball accuracy and overall command of the football. His timing was always spot on, he could stretch the field with noticeable ease and ball placement, and the velocity to rocket the ball into a WRs mitts, leading them open or hitting them in stride most throws. A unanimous top performer from a deep QB group at the PRZMN Spring Showcase, the the future is bright for this young Wayzata Trojan!

Mechanically sound, accurate to all three levels of the field, and was throwing with timing, Kirchner was one of the most consistent QBs in attendance, something you always are looking for with a QB over the course of a in-person body of work. This kid has a good arm and knows how to use it! Looks like the Huskies QB room is in good hands going into the fall.

I've seen all I need to see from Grand Rapids' 2028 standout Logan McNear; this kid is a D1 prospect! The kid certainly caught and held PRZMN's attention at last summer's Bemidji State Big School War on the Shore camp, McNear is a tall drink of water, and boy is he dynamic. Running the Thunderhawks triple-option attack from the QB spot, McNear is an explosive big-play threat who can take the rock the distance any and every touch, and I was absolutely thrilled by the size/athleticism combination he put up in-person at the PRZMN Spring Showcase. Verified at 6'3.75", 177 lbs., with a 82" wing and 9" hands, McNear popped off a blazing 4.75 laser 40, followed by a 4.58 shuttle and 8'3 broad for a frankly mouth-watering combination of size, length, and room to grow + fill in. Additionally, McNear's arm pops and can really stretch the field with effectiveness, he's accurate off-platform, and he can generate some serious zip and torque on his throws to the first and second levels of the gridiron, putting some difficult throws on a rope throughout 1v1s. Plus, he's explosive as a ball carrier, with toughness, quickness, physicality, and game-breaking speed. I think if Mcnear is willing to play SAF or LB at the next level he can take things as far as he wants them to go. Buy stock now!

What an offseason for Blaine's [player_tooltip player_id='1557097' first='Jadyn' last='Poe']. I believe this is the third or fourth exposure point since the new years, and things have gotten better and more exciting every time, culminating in an electric PrepRedzoneMN Spring Showcase MVP in Plymouth. With his group running the 40s near the end of testing for Session 2, Poe shocked the gathered group of parents, coaches, and media after he clocked a 4.54 on the lasers, tied for the second-fastest time saw between the two sessions and nearly 200 total attendees, and clearing his previous run of 4.70 by a wide margin. An obviously elite display of speed, Poe added a 4.41 shuttle and 9'1 broad jump, and was arguably the best and most successful route runner at the PRZMN Spring Showcase. Fluid and twitchy, Poe can create separation at any point of a route, with particularly effective releases, and is instinctive and determined enough to evade bigger CBs and attempted presses at the LOS. He was dishing out all sort of 1v1 wins at the Plymouth Community Center, and was especially a threat when working vertically. Explosive, athletic, and competitive, this kid is poised or a breakout season in the fall with 6A Blaine.

Fresh off a recent showing at the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp that saw Suggs - verified by laser technology provided by ETS Performance - the 651 product popped off a 4.51 (!) followed by a 4.49 (!) 40, one of the fastest times I've ever seen run live throughout my time living in MN, IL, and FL. To say I was excited to see him perform under our lights of competition was an understatement, running the fastest 40 of the day with a 4.51, and following it with a 4.40 shuttle and near-9-foot broad, setting the stage for what was an electric 1v1 performance in Plymouth. Explosive, twitchy, and an absolute burner, Suggs was a polished route runner who tore out of his breaks with noticeable burst, consistently leaving WRs in the dust. Soft hands that could catch the ball away from his body as well. This kid is about to tear up the Summer Camp SZN and the varsity gridirons of Metro 5A football next fall.

With the ability to change tempo, set up and make DBs guess, as well as squeeze space and get them to panic, Wanjara had CBs and SAFs chasing him all afternoon long. The freshman even broke a couple ankles in exhilarating fashion, and his huge catch radius, vertical bounce, and overall ball skills did not go unnoticed as well. Future is bright for this 2029, who will be very much in contention for WR1 and Top 10, maybe Top 5 status, once the 2029 rankings update rolls around. Remember the name!

An under-the-radar WR in the 2027 class, [player_tooltip player_id='1120533' first='Erick' last='Larkins'] - like many Cooper playmakers before him - has that dog in him. Though far from the biggest, the two-way dynamo put on a show as a WR at the PRZMN Spring Showcase, starting off testing by popping off a 4.85 40, 4.51 shuttle, and 8'10 broad, and he really started to settle in and compete during 1v1s. DBs could barely get a a hand on him throughout 1v1s, and Larkins earned wins against the top DBs in attendance, getting better as the afternoon wore on. Jittery at the LOS in his releases, Larkins could cut on a dime, was explosive at the top of the route and cooly accelerates out of his breaks and cuts, and was a consistent deep threat during competition. He tracks and plays the deep ball well and owns strong hands and could finish contested catches through tight coverage. Big-time game in this 2027s skillset. At a verified 6', 185+ and rocking a 75" hands, Bailey was an underclassmen starter for 6A Hopkins in 2025, posting 49 tackles (second on the team) and 1 INT, according to MNFootballHub. You can see why he was so successful at such a young age, as he's extremely athletic, putting on back-to-back top-tier performances at PRZMN showcases, this time backed up by laser technology. Bailey posted a rocket of a 4.67 40, as well as a 4.56 shuttle at December's showcase, and a 9'5" broad jump at both events. With the size/athleticism to play D2 football in a couple years, Bailey's play was up to par as well. Playing 1v1 coverage from your high safety spot, or in an unfamiliar press-man setting, is challenging, but Bailey is impressively fluid, with the body control to shut down in a blink, testing wideouts at every opportunity, and he could break on the ball with noteworthy quickness and effectiveness. Bailey was as productive of a DB as we saw out in the Plymouth Community Center. He'll make some serious noise this Summer Camp SZN and spring load himself perfectly for some serious recruiting attention as a junior. Well done, Xavier.

The 507 product's athleticism and twitch did not show up accurately in his junior tape, but boy, oh boy, Tankhamvang proved us wrong in Plymouth. After clocking a booming 4.668 laser-verified 40 in front of our very eyes, Tankhamvang somehow got even better and made the pot even sweeter, once competition rolled around. Powered by his 4.20 shuttle and 75" wingspan, Tankhamvang had the best and most explosive breaks of any DB in attendance. Short-area quickness, stick & plant pace, and acceleration from a dead stop, this kid could get to the ball like a fat kid to cake, and was sticky and constantly hip-to-hip and in the pocket of WRs through 1v1 competition, acting as a backpack to frustrated WRs looking to shake him off their tails. Impressively fluid, body control and intention, and twitchy, Tankhamvang made 1v1 coverage look easy on Saturday in Plymouth.
Only a freshman, Brooklyn Center CB [player_tooltip player_id='2078929' first='Arman' last='Rice-El'] was playing lights out on Saturday afternoon at the PRZMN Spring Showcase. The 2029 - aided by a ridiculous 4.13 shuttle during testing - was one of the stickiest coverage corners of Session 2, flat-out dominating the underclassmen group of competitors, and he also up there for "most reps" of the 1v1 session as well. I watched Rice-El win rep after rep after rep at the Showcase, completely erasing any kind of short to intermediate route WRs could throw at him, and flashing the deep speed to stay on top of any and all wideouts attempting to work vertically. Speaking of the WRs, Rice-El was noticeably frustrating and pissing off WRs thanks to how closely he was guarding them (no flag-worthy interference, I swear). Instinctive, aggressive at the catch point, seamlessly sticky to a WR's hip pocket, excellent press coverage technique, and confident and physical above his years. Not the biggest, but definitely one of the baddest.

With another excellent in-person visibility point coming last weekend in Plymouth, Andrus popped off a blazing 4.61 laser-verified 40, 4.32 shuttle, 9'7 broad (we've seen him go over 10' before) at 5'10, 183 lbs. with a 71" wing and 9.25 hands. Hands down one of the most athletic players in the state, regardless of class, Andrus had an excellent year as a RB with the 5A Bluejackets, but DB suits him well at the next level too, where his outstanding technique, as well as obvious deep speed, were too overwhelming of a combination for WRs to overcome. Loose hips, could break on the ball in a blink, and was physical and coordinated at the catch point. Instinctive and a seasoned 7v7 veteran, Andrus was able to successfully anticipate WRs routes a majority of the time during competition, and the athleticism also allowed him to play riskier, as the make-up speed and body control kept him in good position throughout a route.
The heir apparent at 5A power Cretin-Derham Hall, 2028 QB Gavin Russell caught PRZMN's attention throughout the Spring Showcase on Saturday. Measuring at nearly 6'2, 180 lbs., with 9.75" hands, Russell flashed some athleticism and dual-threat capability, clocking a 4.88 laser 40, 4.48 shuttle, and 9'5" broad. Russell was also impressive during drill work, showing velocity, accuracy, and a quick release from both traditional pocket passes as well as off-platform throws, and he really started cookin' during 1v1s, showing off a booming arm that was throwing and completing some beautiful deep balls throughout competition. Russell was looking polished and poised at the PRZMN Spring Showcase going into his upperclassmen era at CDH. Keep an eye out for the Raiders, and Russell, this fall!

There's some serious hard work and development produced by the Rocori strength and conditioning program when it comes to their football program. 2028 QB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1646442' first='Tyson' last='Zauhar'] is the latest installment and example of this trend, as the underclassman popped off a 4.80 40, 4.38 shuttle, and 8'7 broad while rocking 9" hands 5'11, 167 lbs. with an 80" wing. The heir to the QB1 throne for the 4A contender Spartans, Zauhar was accurate, confident, coachable, and could put some serious zip on the balls, displaying solid timing and a quick release. Extremely twitchy out of the slot, Brown was a big-time deep threat with ball skills and deep ball tracking ability, and his outstanding length was an asset when creating a huge catch radius. Brown had some very soft hands as well, and was overall one of the most consistent performers at the entire PRZMN Spring Showcase. To say I was excited to see the 2028 Bear live and in the flesh is an understatement, and Stuckey more than lived up to the hype. Coming in at a verified 5'11, 155 lbs. with 9.25" hands, Stuckey posted a 4.90 40, 4.36 shuttle, and 8'4 broad during testing before absolutely lighting it up during 1v1s. A violent and powerful route runner who was as fluid as he was intentional in his movements, especially in small-area environments, Stuckey was competitive and really impressed the MIAC coaches working the event, particularly the WR group, and he had some of the loosest hips and lightest feet at the PRZMN Spring Showcase. He also put together a near-MVP-worthy performance during 1v1s, demonstrating deadly twitch, a big catch radius, and body control - both in the air and at the top of the route. To sweeten the pot, Nelson also told me he's clocked as fast as a 11.5 100M, a great time for a rising junior skills player. Additionally, Nelson was productive and rose to the competition's occasion during 1v1s. Quick and sudden at the top of the route and in his releases, Nelson showed a good overall command of the route tree, and he did a great job of beating and stacking DBs and forcing them into bad body positions or to overextend, where he could quickly break free in his cuts or when playing the ball. I saw Smith Jr. take reps at QB, WR, AND DB in Plymouth, flashing winning reps at every position, but he was truly dominant as a DB, where I think his future best lies in college. The Centaurs' QB and SAF was flat-out mean in press-man coverage, bulling WRs at the LOS to the point where some looked near tears, and although that sounds dramatic, I promise he wasn't doing anything cheap. There's some tools there for wideout, but honestly, it's hard not to think about his upside and ceiling being higher at linebacker. Either way, a fun ball of clay to work with out of DGF.

Had some good reps of creating separation, which culminated in a fantastic corner-post that PRZMN got to see in which the freshman, while showing off oily-loose hips and a nuanced head fake, completely froze the DB in his cleats at the top of the route.
Prior Lake has some very exciting underclassmen talent coming up through the ranks, and both the 2028 and 2029 classes are looking stacked at the moment. One of these 2029s who caught our attention at last month's 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp, [player_tooltip player_id='2160748' first='Landon' last='Mork'] once again had a strong in-person evaluation point this offseason. Running on the lasers, Mork went 4.9 on the 40, 4.65 in the shuttle, and 8'3 broad at 5'8, 145 lbs. with a good wingspan on him. Repping against upperclassmen and varsity defenders, Mork's jittery, twitchy skillset and route-running game was consistently getting open at the top of the route. Despite the youth, Mork had a nuanced route running game that I think is going to be dangerous once he gets to show his stuff under Friday Night Lights.

It was a tough scene, especially due to the severity, but our staff was right on-hand (special shoutout to the St. Olaf coaches), and our thoughts and prayers for recovery are with Larson-Adams going into his sophomore season. The sophomore was looking considerably more comfortable and confident in man coverage in Plymouth than the last time we saw him, and he was doing a particularly good job of staying square and keeping the gate closed in his press at the LOS, and due to the improved speed & quickness, he was able to stay right in the hip pocket of a wideout throughout their route and breaks. Pierce-Tyler Jr. was doing a great job of squeezing space throughout a route and staying in a WR's grill, forcing more than his fair share of PBUs throughout 1v1s.
