One of the top 2030s, yes rising freshmen prospects, in the Great State of Minnesota, Bloomington Jefferson’s Brevin Tarter Brevin Tarter 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR/DB Bloomington Jefferson | 2030 MN had a strong coming out party at Saturday’s St. Olaf College Prospect Camp. Built like a rising senior, Tarter’s 6’2, 170ish-pound frame possesses a noticeably large wingspan – regardless of age – and he caught the ball well and displayed an overall big catch radius and some strong hands to boot. Tarter, despite already measuring in at around 6’2, could drop his hips and breakdown well at the top of the route, as well as change direction powerfully and smoothly. Tarter is still growing into his body, but there’s not a lot of wasted movement as a route runner and pass catcher, and he was a consistent performer during both indy and competition. You’ll be seeing Tarter on the upcoming PRZMN 2030 Watchlist!

A stud 8th grader who will be playing his high school ball at Brooklyn Center, Brevin Tarter Brevin Tarter 6'2" MN was oozing with potential, middle school or not. Repping against seasoned varsity, upperclassmen, and Big School defensive backs, Tarter showed off a big catch radius and ball skills that made his 6’1, 170+ frame and 75″ wingspan a useful and advantageous weapon at the catch point. Flashed some good reps and impressive physical tools at the PRZMN Spring Showcase.
