One of the top 2030s, yes rising freshmen prospects, in the Great State of Minnesota, Bloomington Jefferson’s Brevin Tarter Brevin Tarter 6'2" | 170 lbs | WR MN had a strong coming out party at Saturday’s St. Olaf College Prospect Camp. Built like a rising senior, Tarter’s 6’2, 170ish-pound frame possesses a noticeably large wingspan – regardless of age – and he caught the ball well and displayed an overall big catch radius and some strong hands to boot. Tarter, despite already measuring in at around 6’2, could drop his hips and breakdown well at the top of the route, as well as change direction powerfully and smoothly. Tarter is still growing into his body, but there’s not a lot of wasted movement as a route runner and pass catcher, and he was a consistent performer during both indy and competition.
