DeLaSalle is still searching for a head coach, but the Islanders are home to a 2027 QB set for a big-time season this fall. Fred Thukral Fred Thukral 6'4" | 175 lbs | QB DeLaSalle | 2027 State MN , with a prototypical frame for a pocket passer at the collegiate level, had the best arm of the QB group in attendance, and he could really push the ball downfield with accuracy and pop. Thukral be a great pickup for St. Olaf College who could really get developed and fine-tuned in Northfield with Coach Kilian.

Good showing from Delasalle’s Fred Thukral Fred Thukral 6'4" | 175 lbs | QB DeLaSalle | 2027 State MN ! Solid mechanics and a quick release, Thukral displayed accuracy to all three levels of the field and had a good showing during 1v1 competition. Thukral is going to be a huge piece to the Islanders’ success next fall under the new Coach Shannon Currier era.

The future is looking bright at DeLaSalle, as the hire of long-time Concordia-St. Paul Head Coach Shannon Currier is a really good land for the powerhouse basketball school who – back in my day – had some freaky and physical talent on their roster. The Islanders‘ success in 2026 under new leadership is going to depend a lot on the play of 6’4, 175 lb. QB Fred Thukral Fred Thukral 6'4" | 175 lbs | QB DeLaSalle | 2027 State MN , who passed at a 63% completion clip for 898 yards and 7 TDs as a junior. The tall-in-the-pocket signal-caller displays a high release point that can generate some noticeable zip on the rock, and PRZMN was impressed by his compact throwing motion and impressively-quick release, which has no-doubt been sharpened when working with 612Qs in the offseason. Thukral fit the ball into some small prep pass coverage windows in 2025 and has some reps in his junior tape of the 6’4 QB scanning and working through his reads in effective fashion. He’s particularly accurate to the first and second level of the field and shows some touch on his deep balls as well, and he flashes some read/option capability and is a threat with his legs when it comes to converting first downs and plays breaking down. Plus, Thukral has some reps throwing off platform in 2025. DIIIs, NAIAs, and JUCOs, hit my man up! And Fred, come raise your stock at the upcoming PRZMN Spring Exposure Series stop in Plymouth on April 18th!
