An athletic, high-upside talent out of the 651, Simley High School, and the MN 2029 class, Jaelon Larson-Adams Jaelon Larson-Adams 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR Simley | 2029 MN had a memorable PRZMN Spring Showcase, sadly, not for all the right reasons. After a strong start to the event, which included a 4.88 40, 4.7 shuttle, and 8’6 broad, Larson-Adams really started to cook during 1v1s, burning DBs deep and getting out of his breaks efficiently, but things took a turn for the worse, as Larson-Adams suffered a brutal injury running a route during 1v1s. It was a tough scene, especially due to the severity, but our staff was right on-hand (special shoutout to the St. Olaf coaches), and our thoughts and prayers for recovery are with Larson-Adams going into his sophomore season. The kid has some juice, and we can’t wait until he’s fully healthy again.

Jaelon Larson-Adams Jaelon Larson-Adams 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR Simley | 2029 MN has immediately cemented his place as a star prospect coming out of Simley. Larson-Adams finished with 211 receiving yards on 16 receptions and 3 TDs in his freshman year. Showcasing impressive burst and fluid agility, Adams is a twitchy athlete with big-play potential. He isn’t a particular big receiver, but he has proven to do well in one-on-one matchups, and he also contributes nicely as a potent run-blocker. Adams will continue to develop chemistry with the Spartans’ passing game, and with a bit of mass to match his frame, he could see a strong uptick in targets coming his way entering his sophomore year.

A wideout who burst onto the scene this season as a freshman, making waves on varsity, Larson-Adams took down 15 receptions for 208 yards and 3 TDs. On his tape, he showcases stellar quickness and high-level ball tracking, which is especially uncanny given his experience. His overall athleticism is very impressive, as is his game sense. Larson-Adams does a great job of adjusting his route to the ball and provides a legitimate YAC threat every time he brings down the rock. He’s also a force in the run game, always managing to find work and laying key blocks that open up the play for big gains. I’m excited to see how he develops over the next 3 years.
