Dekeen moves up 10 spots to in the recent rankings to take the #1 overall spot. He put together an impressive freshman year and is a multi-tool Edge rusher. With having elite size, length, speed, strength and high football IQ, he is able win in many ways. With a quick first step and active hands, Dekeen is able to beat OTs and closes quickly on the QB. He can also long arm to hold the edge and shows great instincts to make the right play. Kuyateh plays with a tireless motor and shows good pursuit and the want to in making plays.
A complete package at the edge/DE spot, Dekeen has National Prospect potential as long as he continues to develop and fill out his frame. Colleges feel the same way as he already holds almost double digit offers including ones from UGA, Texas A&M, Oregon, and UMD.
