Amir McBryde is ranked as one of the more dynamic playmakers in the 2026 class, with his recruitment already taking off at the national level. After securing his first Division I offer from Auburn in 2024, McBryde has since added offers from Oklahoma State, Northwestern, and North Carolina, highlighting his growing reputation as a versatile threat with high-upside potential.

McBryde made his impact felt last season at DeMatha, one of the region’s premier programs, and now brings his talents to Dunbar, where he’s expected to take on an even larger role. Known for his explosive ability in the open field, McBryde can be a game-changer in space, whether operating on offense or in the return game.
