has everything you want in a WR. His size is fantastic paired with his inside-out alignment, and he’s a matchup nightmare. He can win inside out and plays with awesome game speed. He’s physical at the POA and really dominates with his hands alone. Bonner was super fun to watch because of all of these things but what stood out is how much of a safety blanket he is. Seems like an automatic catch for Penn Hills offense 90% of the time, which is awesome. Bonner is a 3-star but I see some serious talent and think he could be ranked higher on every board. Bonner will make waves in his junior season.

is an explosive athlete who plays wide receiver and defensive back for Penn Hills. At wide receiver, he can score anytime he touches the ball. He is excellent at taking a short pass and then making a big play out of it. Bonner has great speed and runs past defenders trying to guard him. Then, as a defensive back, he has good coverage skills and does a great job getting his hands on the ball thrown in his direction. Bonner is a talented player, and I cannot wait to see him progress next season.
Honored to be named 2024 Northeast First team all conference WR for the second time❗️ #RollTribe @CoachChuck06 @210ths

Huge upside thanks to a more physically gifted build than I had imagined. Ranked the number one wideout among Pennsylvania sophomores,

and Zi’Khere Leaks along the boundary, the former Shady Side Academy standout consistently won at the LOS. Bonner’s release and upfield acceleration often led to reps where he was streaking past CBs wanting to pass him off to safety help. Safeties often couldn’t get to him in time, Bonner scored in this exact situation. Bonner put himself in good favor on more than one occasion too, one score could have easily been two or three on the day. You can’t always count on underclassmen to pull through against great competition, Bonner did just that. This live performance will stick with me for the time being, it’s unlikely I’ll be seeing more Penn Hills games in the near future. The highest-ranking prospect on the field stepped up and delivered.

. Updating his offer list took more time than I imagined it would.
The offer window for 2027s is different from that of 2025s and/or 2026s. You’re going to want to get on a freshman of this caliber. This is reflected when watching Bonner’s recruitment trend. 2024 began with a flurry of interest in the form of offers via Akron, UConn, Troy, and BIG10 programs Maryland and Michigan State. Things have been quiet since, with the lone offer announced over the course of four months coming out of local G5 Miami of Ohio. Bonner spent time visiting Penn State and Pitt between this four month span, smart to tighten up relationships with those programs early. Watch for Duke, Boston College, and possibly other BIG10 programs to hit Bonner’s line before August comes around.

is a big and exciting athlete. He played both wide receiver and safety for Shady Side Academy last year. At wide receiver, he is a dynamic receiver that you can move all over the field. He is equally as good at slot receiver as he is an outside receiver. At both positions, he catches the ball well in traffic and is very good after the catch. He is hard to contain one-on-one. At safety, he covers a lot of ground and constantly makes plays all over the field. He had several interceptions last year. Bonner had a strong Freshman year and should only improve going into next season.

Bonner is another big 2027 prospect who’s built like a grown man already at 6’3, 180 pounds. Bonner was offered his first D1 scholarship from the Univ of Pittsburgh. Carter, like his 2027 counterparts

, is a standout on offense and defense. He’s a flat-out problem and a serious deep threat with strong pass-catching hands. Carter runs good routes and does a good job of catching passes away from his body. His skillset and confidence will continue to rise, which will be a problem for opponents. His 6’3 frame, coupled with ball skills, reveals itself when he’s intercepting passes at the highest point at safety. When it’s all said and done, Carter will have offers from various Power Fives, including Penn State and West Virginia.

- t
- recently received his first offer from Pitt, ranked as the second-best WR in his class, more offers to come, especially with the tape he’s showing off.
- Freshman with three games worth of tape on Hudl, love the progression game to game. Can align at any wideout position, can serve as a big-body target when working in the slot, almost as a safety blanket in the middle of the field. Can align outside and stretch the field, can be utilized at the LOS too in screen sets. Known for his size and stride, yet the kid is much better with the ball in his hands than I thought, real YAC earner. Through three games, you’re starting to realize that

‘s capabilities on offense are pretty much wide-open. Worth noting that he works with his QB well when plays breakdown, a clear, natural feel for the position. - Later on in his three-game, you can see exemplary play at safety. He’s a runner at the position, Bonner isn’t caught thinking too much, which again highlights the kid’s awareness at such a young age. We talk about having range at safety, his reps showcase interceptions at back-pylons or outside-the-numbers while working in single-high sets. He runs to the football against the run too, special start to his freshman year.
