Vanburen is one of the most talented QB’s in the nation and lives up to caliber every week. SFA played a nationally ranked schedule, testing Michael week in and week out. He has the ability of a scrambling QB but instead sits in the pocket and delivers dimes all over the field. His arm talent is through the roof, he shows that he can make about any type of throw, back shoulder, splitting the zone, outside shoulder, you name it. His footwork and composure in the pocket are efficient allowing him to scan the field and make good decisions on the fly. Earlier this month he released his top 8 schools including Penn State, Miami, Oklahoma, Oregon & Maryland to name a few.
