Taufa quickly established himself as one of the top OL prospects in Nevada’s 2025 class after transferring over to Bishop Gorman from Desert Hills (UT) for his senior season. He’s a strong, technically-sound IOL that could play either C or OG positions at the next level. Plays with powerful hands and active feet, and has an impressive anchor in pass-pro for his 6’3″/275 frame. Taufa signed with Boise St. in December over other offers from Washington St., Fresno St., and Iowa St. among others.

Taufa was a new addition to the Nevada 2025 rankings after transferring over to Bishop Gorman from Desert Hills (St. George, UT). The 6’3”/275 OL picked up his first SEC offer from Arkansas and added another from Iowa St. in January. He showed great effectiveness as a puller, high awareness/instincts picking up stunts in pass protection, and dominant physical strength at the POA as the starting C last season. He plays with consistent leverage, generating power from the ground-up before unloading into his blocks with a quick, efficient strike through the pads. Taufa’s most recent offers could kickstart more SEC/Big 10 interest for the high-upside OL prospect.
