Lea’ea moved into the official 2027 rankings after being added to the watchlist ahead of his sophomore season with Bishop Gorman. Caleb and his twin brother- Calvin- just picked up their first offers from Idaho after a strong camp performance with the Vandals in June and both have their stock on the rise coming into the 2025 season. He’s a strong, athletic defender on the edge that offers major upside as he continues to grow and develop. Keep an eye on Lea’ea as he works his way into the front-seven rotation for the Gaels this season.

The watchlist EDGE from Bishop Gorman is an under-the-radar prospect that should start to gain some traction on the recruiting trail with his first offer in hand and a strong junior season upcoming in the fall. Caleb and his twin brother, Calvin, were new additions to the watchlist in the latest round of Nevada 2027 rankings for the natural athleticism and physical upside they’ve flashed both on JV last season and at recent offseason camps. Caleb’s a fast, physical defender that’s shown explosive burst off the edge as an OLB. He moves extremely well, closes space on the ball with natural speed, and possesses the lateral speed to tackle on the perimeter. Both Lea’ea twins transferred from Faith Lutheran to Bishop Gorman ahead of their sophomore seasons.
