, a 6’0″ sophomore WR at Bishop Gorman, has emerged as one of Nevada’s top 2028 prospects. With 577 yards and 10 touchdowns on 22 receptions, Menor combines size, speed, and ball skills to excel in vertical concepts. His ability to separate, track the ball, and finish through contact gives him a high ceiling as a perimeter playmaker. His blend of length, production, and natural feel for vertical concepts gives him high-upside traits, making him one of the more promising young receivers in Nevada’s 2028 class.

Menor put his name on the PRZ radar with the flashes he showed in his debut freshman season for Bishop Gorman and has put together a true breakout sophomore campaign this fall. The state’s sixth-ranked prospect in the 2028 class has shown his explosive playmaking ability averaging 22 YPR and a team-leading 11 TD receptions on just 19 catches this season. He’s a skilled athlete with all the speed, twitch, and fluidity of a future playmaker at the P-4 level. He’s explosive in his get-off, shows instincts/awareness finding soft spots against zone coverage, and turns into a running back with the ball in his hands. Menor just added an offer from Arizona St. this month and holds other offers from Miami, Colorado St., and Hawaii.

Menor added a second D-I offer from Colorado St. this month after picking up his first from Hawaii in late April. The freshman wideout checked in as the third-ranked WR and a top-10 overall prospect in PRZ NV’s first 2028 rankings release a few weeks ago. He’s a high-upside playmaker that holds potential to develop into an elite WR prospect down the line. Menor is firmely on the breakout radar coming into his sophomore season.

Menor has continued to put his name on the Vegas radar this offseason after showing promising flashes on varsity in the fall. He’s a talented athlete that shows his playmaking ability with the ball in his hands. Flashes his quickness and agility as a route-runner in the short area and is a strong pass catcher with natural hands. Menor picked up his first pair of offers from Hawaii and Colorado St. in recent weeks and is a solid breakout candidate for the 2025 season.

Menor is a great class of 2028 WR with polished routes, great hands, and explosive speed down the field. Menor has balled out this off-season for the Lo-Pro 7s squad and has recently received his first D1 offer from the University of Hawaii.

-Learning about, and most importantly, seeing film on pre-high school prospects from Hawaii is still something I struggle with almost 14 years into this. So when I find a kid like Menor, I lock in right away
-Possesses game-changing quickness on the outside as a Wide Receiver with very dependable hands on the outside and can create after the catch with great vision
-Is as-talented, or better, in the defensive secondary at this point. He’s listed at just 5-foot-9 and 130 pounds (unverified) but I wouldn’t hesitate to put him at Safety or Corner. Has a nose for the football and uses that same vision to pick up yards after interceptions as well
