He spent three years as a Sports Video Associate and Recruiting Operations Intern for the University of Colorado-Boulder football program while earning a B.S. in Communication. Will is a southern Illinois native who has lived in St. Louis for several years. He studied sports management while playing football at North Central College. His scouting career began in the fall of 2015 where he worked as a Film Analyst for the Cleveland Browns until 2022. He has coached high school football and held numerous roles such as strength coach, special teams coordinator, and JV offensive coordinator. Will has worked countless events during his career in sports, one of which included coaching at a regional scouting combine in St. Louis.
