Correa broke out as a defensive playmaker in the Bishop Gorman secondary as a senior. He’s a skilled and physical nickel/S that can tackle, cover and play in space. Works aggressively downhill to close space and can tackle both in the box and out on the perimeter. Shows his instincts and IQ in zone coverage and is quick to react to the ball. Correa picked up offers from Hawaii and NAU last offseason and is a player FCS programs should be looking at.

Correa took a visit to Boise St. for the Broncos’ win over Portland St. in late September. Bishop Gorman’s senior DB is putting together a strong senior season showing his ability to create turnovers in coverage and his physicality as a tackler. He’s a strong defender in space and is highly effective covering up the seams. Correa currently holds offers from Hawaii and Northern Arizona and could potentially add Boise St. to that list in the near future.
