showed up exactly how you want your top pass rusher to show up in a state title game — fast, disruptive, and making Chandler miserable from the opening snap. He camped out in their backfield all night, stacking up two sacks and three TFLs, and kept forcing the quarterback into rushed decisions. uncomfortable from the opening snap. He didn’t always land sacks, but he collapsed pockets, forced hurried throws, and completely disrupted the rhythm of Brophy’s offense. After missing all of last season, it was fair to wonder how sharp he’d be, but the answer came quickly — he looked fresh, explosive, and relentless. I saw him moving well in the offseason, and trust me, this was no fluke. With his first step and motor, this is the level of play he’ll bring all year. Wyoming already offered him for a reason — he’s got legit Division I traits and he’s playing like it.

was the fourth-tallest athlete at the event, and the third heaviest — but he moved around with more twitch and explosion than anybody at any position. The 2026 EDGE from Basha absolutely torched the testing portion of the combine, putting up the fastest 40-yard dash, the fastest L-Drill, the longest broad jump, and the second fastest shuttle time of the day. That’s absurd for a player his size and position. His 4.5 40 wasn’t just fast for a defensive end — it was fast, period. That kind of straight-line speed for someone with his frame shows the kind of raw athleticism you just don’t see often. The 10′ broad jump highlighted his explosiveness, and the agility drills — both the 4.35 shuttle and 6.87 L-Drill — showed just how well he can bend, change direction, and move laterally. It all translates to a guy who can explode off the ball, redirect in space, and chase down plays from behind.

put up absurd numbers. He ran a 4.5 40-yard dash, a 4.35 shuttle, a 10-foot broad jump, and a 6.87 3-cone drill. His 40 time, 3-cone, and broad jump were number one in these categories at the camp. Bruley is an athletic phenom who demonstrates hybrid ability as both a linebacker and a edge rusher. He is lightning quick when exploding off the line, moving well and showing promising bend around the edge. He displays violence when using his hands, able to disengage off linemen’s hands and get to the quarterback. Coming off a few injuries from his previous season, he is looking to make a statement in his senior season.
