Paul Gregorian is a Northern California native who has 14 years of combined experience as a football player, scout and coach. Paul is also a Western Region Scout for National Preps covering Northern/Southern California and Idaho. Jordan Reyes began his scouting career right out of high school as a Scouting Associate for NorCal Football Scouting in 2008. From there, he went onto the University of Colorado Boulder to work in their football and recruiting offices while obtaining his bachelor’s degree in economics in 2012. Since then, he has worked as a Player Analyst and Scout for the college market, first for XOS Digital for five years and has been with National Preps since 2017 as a Western Region Scout for over 250 colleges nationwide. Jordan has also spent five years as a coordinator and WR/DB coach for one of the top high school programs in northern California.

Nick holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Arizona State University and is also a former college Quarterback for Dakota State University, Pasadena City College, and Arizona Christian University. He grew up in Prescott, Arizona and was able to defeat the small town odds and play college ball. He now strives to identify, evaluate, and analyze players on the west coast and connect with coaches to distribute feedback to help players and programs find the best fit.

Hunter Tierney, originally from the state of New Hampshire, took his athletic prowess to Anna Maria College in Massachusetts, where he was a two-sport athlete. As a quarterback, he led drives on the gridiron; while also navigating the baseball diamond both as a pitcher and a second baseman. Hunter knows firsthand the challenges that high school athletes face, especially when striving for recognition. Thus, he's aiming to bridge the gap between unrecognized talent and the spotlight they deserve. Ensuring that no aspiring athlete's dream remains unfulfilled; through diligent scouting, evaluation, and meaningful connections.
