About Trae

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play aggressive and very tough. Love to play full speed and love contact.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Very football intelligent. I can pick up an offense or defense pretty quickly. I am a leader and gave many team speeches after varsity games as a freshman. I love my teammates and love helping them get better.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Cary Grove HS Choir Volunteer for the Cary Junior Trojans

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned how to be a leader. As a freshman I was timid at first but by the end of the season I was asked to give speeches to the team after games. I love to volunteer. I volunteer for the Fox River Grove Lions club, Norge Ski Club, and the Cary Jr Trojans football program.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I played this season with a broken bone in my ankle. It was challenging to learn our system as a freshman and even more challenging to do it with a broken bone. However, I progressed all season and got good playing time towards the end of the season and into the playoffs.

What type of college are you looking for?

Looking for a college where I can play football and get a good education.

Kole is a 6’2″ edge player that racked up 7 sacks, 8 TFL, and 46 tackles as a sophomore.  Makes plays vs the run hitting the back before he can even get going.  Brings the juice with his tackling and pass rushing.  Sheds lineman pretty easily and attacks the back like he is a linebacker slicing through the line.
