is electric with the ball in his hands, and his coaching staff wasted no time finding ways to get it to him. Jet sweeps, screens, quick hitters over the middle — anything that lets him operate in space and turn short gains into big plays. His speed is the real deal, and it puts constant stress on a defense. Corners have to respect his ability to get those yards after the catch, which sets them up perfectly to get beat on double moves where Baldwin will absolutely torch them. What makes him especially dangerous is that he’s not just fast — he’s a natural athlete who’s comfortable making plays in traffic, on the move, and downfield. As he gains more experience and takes on a bigger role in Basha’s offense this year, he’s the kind of guy who could go from a highlight here and there to being the centerpiece of an explosive attack.

High caliber athlete with great speed and playmaking ability after the catch. Accelerates hard off the line and runs by coverage with ease to stretch the field vertically. Smoothly transitions in and out of his breaks showing he can drop his hip level and use his quick cut ability to run away from coverage. Not just a deep threat, he can also take short screens or end arounds for big gains. Excellent vision and spatial awareness help him pick up additional yards, making him a constant threat with the ball in his hands. Baldwin is a dynamic athlete with a complete WR skillset at 6’1” 165 lbs. Checks all of the boxes in terms of vertical speed, lateral quickness, and natural ball skills. He accelerates off the LOS with a hard drive phase closing space on the DB and force them to transition. He’s quick to get in and out of his breaks showing a good ability to drop his hip level and create separation at the top of his route. Speed and technical ability make him an advanced route runner at all three depths. Explosive playmaker after the catch that is elusive and can run by tacklers in the open field. Strong and aggressive stalk blocker that can break down and engage a guy in space through the whistle. Holds five P4 offers to date and will be near the top of overall 2027 prospects in the state when all is said and done.
