The tackle took visits to Georgia, Nebraska and Ohio State in addition to Texas.

Baker is the first player from California in Texas’ 2024 recruiting class.

Grambling State and Auburn have thrown their hats in the ring to land one of the top offensive linemen in the 2024 class.

Baker moved to tackle from guard this season and showed he can play on either side of the ball. His length is elite and is very athletic for his size.

He is up to 23 offers now.

Baker slid over to tackle from guard this season and become a national recruit. He’s the best pass blocker in the 2024 class in my opinion.

Mater Dei class of 2024 offensive lineman Brandon Baker Brandon Baker Brandon Baker 6'5" | 290 lbs | OL Mater Dei | 2024 State CA picked up two major offers from LSU and Nebraska over the past week.

Baker is nearing the 20 offer mark and has made the successful switch from left guard to right tackle this season for the Monarchs.

Oklahoma and LSU both have recently had Mater Dei players on their roster but both teams have made recent coaching changes.
