Patterson is an all-around impressive prospect with a dynamic skillset and natural playmaking ability. 6’0” 180 lbs. he contributed mainly at Safety for Basha as a junior but carries the versatility to also be recruited on offense at WR. He shows good range and awareness in the secondary, consistently putting himself in position to make plays on the ball both in coverage and as a tackler. Very smooth and calculated playing style with instinctual movement skills to read routes and react quickly to what he sees. His athleticism and ball skills translate on both sides of the ball with natural tracking and judgement ability.
