Elijah is also an FBS recruit with P5 scholarship opportunities. Like the rest of the St. Joseph’s wide receivers, Jones has reliable hands and elite speed. He’s a skilled route runner who displayed the ability to elude defenders in space. Jones is an elite returner who’s also a physical stock blocker. The big-play deep threat has opportunities to play football at Duke, Boston College, Liberty, and Harvard, to list a few.

Elijah Jones Elijah Jones 6'0" | 190 lbs | WR St. Joseph's Prep | 2024 State PA announced his commitment to Cincinnati recently, with his quarterback also announcing his commitment to the same program sometime after. Jones’s work ethic and attention to detail have me thinking there is a real chance he could turn out to be the best college prospect of any wideout listed above, two-three years down the road of course. He’s often the forgotten man on a loaded Hawk offensive attack. We’ll see the best Elijah Jones Elijah Jones 6'0" | 190 lbs | WR St. Joseph's Prep | 2024 State PA at Cincinnati, in my opinion.

We can argue about the level of play being below Jones’ floor, yet I imagine he and his family are happy to have the number of options being presented to him. Programs like James Madison, UNC Charlotte, and Delaware State are doing their due diligence by testing the waters with this top-five caliber wideout. Love seeing the Ivy League programs get in on the Jones sweepstakes as well.
