Continue ReadingTyseer Denmark Tyseer Denmark 5’11” | 180 lbs | WR Imhotep Charter | 2024 State PA recently flipped his commitment to Penn State University, a move that significantly elevated the NIttany Lions’ already impressive 2024 recruiting class. We mentioned Quinton Martin Quinton Martin 6’3″ | 200 lbs | ATH Belle Vernon Area | 2024 State PA serving as the crown jewel of the class, I’d argue that Tyseer Denmark Tyseer Denmark 5’11” | 180 lbs | WR Imhotep Charter | 2024 State PA takes that title. Denmark also claims the top overall prospect title in his state, a title that oddly eluded the Roman Catholic star for years on our site. No longer, Denmark now sits atop the 2024 class rankings, surmounting both Omillio Agard Omillio Agard 5’11” | 160 lbs | DB St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA and Quinton Martin Quinton Martin 6’3″ | 200 lbs | ATH Belle Vernon Area | 2024 State PA . The state’s top passing target looks to stamp this claim this coming Fall.
One thing is bound to happen. Holmon Wiggins and staff are likely to get a hold of Bishop McDevitt’s Rico Scott Rico Scott 6’0″ | 185 lbs | WR Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA and turn him into a version of Rico Scott Rico Scott 6’0″ | 185 lbs | WR Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA none of us have witnessed thus far. We might like Rico Scott Rico Scott 6’0″ | 185 lbs | WR Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA as the second-best wideout in his class, yet there’s an obvious chance that no one elevates their game further, year over year, than Rico Scott Rico Scott 6’0″ | 185 lbs | WR Bishop McDevitt | 2024 State PA . His ceiling is considerably higher than the rest, it’s something we consider every time an update comes around. We straddle the line between projection and current status often. Scott lands inside the top ten and at the two spot at his position.
We are three deep into these rankings, we’ve encountered our second SEC commit. Pennsylvania is a clear target for decision-makers down South, as SJP’s David Washington announced his commitment to the University of Kentucky. This trio of wideouts have all earned top-spot consideration throughout the years, with David Washington being one of the more consistent producers from the start. Excited to see Washington Jr. tear up the turf his senior year, even more excited to see how he blossoms under Scott Woodward’s coaching umbrella.
Many cut the top tier of wideouts off at David Washington. Although we ranked Peter Gonzalez Peter Gonzalez 6’3″ | 200 lbs | WR Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2024 State PA below DWJ, he is and should be in the same conversations that discuss who’s elite in the state of Pennsylvania. I think we’d all like to see Peter Gonzalez Peter Gonzalez 6’3″ | 200 lbs | WR Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2024 State PA put forth a dominant and complete season at PCC, it would certainly help his case in terms of elevating up this list. Ranking aside, Penn State is getting what many are calling a sleeper among the current 2024 PSU class. He’s no sleeper to us, PSU holds two top-ten senior wideouts out of Pennsylvania.
Highlights
Brandon Rehmann Brandon Rehmann 6’0″ | 180 lbs | WR St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA rounds out what is a star-studded top-five receiver group. The second Prep Hawk listed thus far, with a third one below. West Virginia scoops up Brandon Rehmann Brandon Rehmann 6’0″ | 180 lbs | WR St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA , a talented and versatile pass-catcher who still has so much room to grow in terms of game and skillset. There isn’t a role I’d be surprised to see fall on Rehmann’s shoulders so long as Bilal Marshall gets the best out of him. Speed, route running, hands, separating. Rehmann gives a wide range of traits that the Mountaineer coaching staff can mold to their liking. Excited to see he, Washington, and Elijah Jones Elijah Jones 6’0″ | 190 lbs | WR St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA work again this Fall.
Elijah Jones Elijah Jones 6’0″ | 190 lbs | WR St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA announced his commitment to Cincinnati recently, with his quarterback also announcing his commitment to the same program sometime after. Jones’s work ethic and attention to detail have me thinking there is a real chance he could turn out to be the best college prospect of any wideout listed above, two-three years down the road of course. He’s often the forgotten man on a loaded Hawk offensive attack. We’ll see the best Elijah Jones Elijah Jones 6’0″ | 190 lbs | WR St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA at Cincinnati, in my opinion.
Durrell Ceasar Durrell Ceasar 6’1″ | 180 lbs | WR Steelton-Highspire | 2024 State PA still holds the top-ranked spot outside of the FBS-committed wideouts. Ceasar in his own right might have a claim to that grade still. The Spring/Summer has come and gone without an additional offer on top of his January 18th Kent State letter. We expect an influx in production this coming campaign, as Ceasar should lead the Roller offense in terms of targets through the air. So long as Ceasar keeps his head down and works like I know he’s capable, I have no problem placing him among the big names in the state. His tape warrants that from us.

We’ve seen Landon Kennel Landon Kennel 6’3″ | 200 lbs | WR Manheim Township | 2024 State PA rise up our ranks throughout the years. We’ve witnessed programs add him to their boards in real-time, either after his junior tape dropped, or after seeing the kid dominate at camps. Kennel, much like Durrell Ceasar Durrell Ceasar 6’1″ | 180 lbs | WR Steelton-Highspire | 2024 State PA , has flirted inside the top 100 for months, almost a year over. Many people are taken aback when seeing him dominate competition in person, I, however, am not. I’ve gone on record to say that Monmouth should be through the roof after landing this young man. I applaud the program for evaluating talent thoroughly throughout the areas they recruit. Excited to see Kennel grow through the years. Expect more impressive production this Fall.
PSAC schools are highly interested in all things Aaron Enterline Aaron Enterline 6’3″ | 180 lbs | WR Manheim Central | 2024 State PA . Recent recruiting has Enterline’s stock through the roof. If I’m being honest, seven to eight other prospects have a case for this nine spot, as there is a considerable drop off in terms of recruiting traction. Wheeling University offered Enterline this past July. There are clear parallels between Enterline and the above-ranked Landon Kennel Landon Kennel 6’3″ | 200 lbs | WR Manheim Township | 2024 State PA . Both are Manheim prospects, one of out of Central, the other out of Township. Both wideouts offer a 6’3 frame, with a physical approach to all things pass-catcher. Enterline could see similar FCS love before the season starts, yet he’s a clear-cut board name inside local D2 meeting rooms.
Jaylen Andrews Jaylen Andrews 6’3″ | 180 lbs | WR Loyalsock Township | 2024 State PA , despite still not hearing back from programs this offseason, won’t be denied his flowers. Again, many can easily jump into this ten spot, yet not many can stack up against Andrews’ production from last Fall. I’ve spoken to numerous PSAC schools who are well aware of the kid’s skill set and potential, I hope many are listening to scream his name from the rooftops. They are listening, I imagine it’s only a matter of time before he gets the looks he deserves. He stands as the best option for programs looking for un-offered talent.
