is a talented wide receiver in the 2028 class. He makes some dynamic catches. When the ball is thrown in his direction in coverage he always seems to come down with the catch. Burgess is also a good wide receiver after the catch. He can catch the ball, turn upfield, and make defenders miss in space. Burgess is one talented wide receiver in the 2028 class.

– In my opinion, the top wide receiver on the 215 Extreme 13U team down at AYF Nationals. Not the most productive week in terms of production–but Burgess can go
– He was on my Pennsylvania 2028 Watchlist (internal document right now) before I saw him at AYF Nationals and the kid was even better than I had anticipated
– Something about the way he runs routes and the way he moves with the ball in his hands after the catch, was very reminiscent of Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson. Quick, flashy and not afraid to embarrass a defender if he gets the chance
