About Brayden
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I play fast, physical, and smart. I’m aggressive and not afraid to make contact, but I also play with control. I communicate constantly to keep my teammates locked in, and I adjust quickly to what I see on the field. Whether it's making a play or making sure others are in position, I take pride in being a leader on the field.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I have a relentless mindset. I take pride in outworking everyone around me, and I hold myself to a high standard every day. I’m a natural leader, disciplined, and coachable. I stay locked in on the details, and I study the game to play with a high football IQ. I’m competitive, versatile, and driven to win — not just for myself, but for my team.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
On the basketball court, I was honored as Defensive Player of the Year, highlighting my competitive drive and focus. Outside of sports, I’m always looking for ways to contribute to my school and community, whether it’s through supporting school events or engaging in leadership opportunities that allow me to help others.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
As a team captain, I’ve learned how to motivate and support my teammates, especially in high-pressure situations. I’ve also grown through community service, completing 20 hours with my church and over 25 hours at my high school. These experiences have taught me the importance of giving back and being a positive influence in my community. I strive to lead by example.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I’ve been incredibly blessed with a supportive family, coaches, and teammates, which has given me a strong foundation. While I haven’t faced extreme adversity, I know challenges will arise, and when they do, I lean on my faith in God to guide me through. The support system around me has taught me the importance of perseverance and gratitude.
What type of college are you looking for?
I'm looking for a Division 1 university where I can continue to grow as both a player and a person. I want to be part of a program that values discipline, hard work, and winning. I’m looking for a school with a strong football culture, great coaching, and a team-first mentality. I want to contribute early, compete every day, and be developed on and off the field. Academics also matter to me.
