Zack Reyes | Prep Redzone Scout
Watson moved into the top WR spot in PRZ NV’s update to the 2026 rankings with the standout senior season he put together. The 6’2″/185 wideout led, arguably, the most talented WR group in the state with 951 yards and and 10 TDs on 52 catches this season after leading the team in receptions a season ago. He showed more of his explosive playmaking ability this season looking faster, stronger, and more dynamic with the ball in his hands. He’s an instinctive receiver that attacks and finds space in every area of the field, has the hands and body control to haul in contested catches and passes outside his frame, and shows noticeable burst/acceleration after the catch. Watson holds an offer from Hawaii and has drawn interest from several other Mountain West programs.

is a physically imposing wide receiver at 6’2″ who consistently wins contested catches with strong hands and body control. He shows poise in traffic and isn’t afraid to go over the middle, making him a dependable target in high-pressure situations. Watson’s size gives him a natural advantage against smaller defenders, and he’s continued to refine his route-running and footwork. With a strong senior season, he has the potential to attract increased D1 interest and solidify his status as a top receiver in the Class of 2026.

Watson is Bishop Gorman’s top returning receiving threat after leading the offense in receptions with 25 for 467 yards and 3 TDs as a junior. The fifth-ranked WR in PRZ NV’s 2026 rankings is one of the most underrated prospects in the state and is primed for a true breakout on the recruiting trail with a productive senior season in the fall. Watson should continue to operate as one the top options in the Gaels’ passing attack this season and could vault himself into the all-state conversation in 2025.

Watson is one of Nevada’s top overall prospects without an offer currently. The talented wideout from Bishop Gorman led the team in receiving with over 450 yards and 3 TDs on 25 receptions as a junior. He’s an extremely fluid mover and route-runner out of the slot that can attack the deep-middle of the field and take advantage of 1v1 matchups with safeties with the top-end speed he possesses. Shows smooth hands as a pass catcher and sustains blocks on the perimeter with high effort. Watson has drawn interest from several D-I programs and should be in the mix to pick up his first offer in the near future.

Watson just wrapped up spring visits to UNLV and Boise St. over the past week. The state’s fifth-ranked WR in the 2026 class is one of the most slept on prospects in Vegas and seems poised for a breakout on the recruiting trail in the coming months. Led Bishop Gorman in receptions this past season with 25 for 467 and 3 TDs as a junior. Watson picked up his first and only offer to this point from Hawaii back in 2022 and figures to add to that list in the near future.
Great practice today @unlvfootball. Had to double it up today with BGHS Digital Day. Mahalo for your time @dalex3333 @CoachBuck25 I look forward to seeing you @BishopGormanFB spring practice. @BrandonHuffman @BlairAngulo @PrepRedzoneNV @247Sports @GregBiggins pic.twitter.com/S32t1jPsTM

Kaina had a great junior campaign and came up with huge plays for the Gaels in the playoffs. Kaina is flying under the radar right now with one D1 offer from the University of Hawaii. Kaina is a Power 4 talent and will look to gain more offers this off-season and the camp and 7 v 7 circuit.
