Mingo took over the top-ranked WR spot in the latest update to the 2026 rankings with his transfer back to Vegas after spending last season at Sierra Canyon (CA). The New Mexico-commit is an elite athlete that should quickly re-establish himself as one of the top playmakers in the state now with Bishop Gorman. He’s explosive out of the slot with high-level speed, twitch, and body control to his skillset. Totaled 600 yards and 4 TDs on 53 catches as a junior. Mingo checks in as a top-10 prospect in the state coming into his senior season.

Sierra Canyon receiver Massiah Mingo Massiah Mingo 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR Bishop Gorman | 2026 State NV picked up an offer from New Mexico on Thursday.

Mingo led Sierra Canyon in receiving with 614 yards on 53 catches with four touchdowns.

He is slated to visit Arizona State this weekend and Minnesota in April.

Massiah Mingo Massiah Mingo 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR Bishop Gorman | 2026 State NV is one of the most electric playmakers in Nevada. With several FBS offers already, it will be interesting to see who takes the lead in Massiah’s recruiting race once he becomes an upperclassman. A rare combination of balance, speed, and elusiveness shows weaving through traffic as a punt returner. Great quickness and acceleration allow Massiah to reverse field and gain positive yardage after running backwards into a wall of defenders. Contested catch ability and great separation ability will allow Massiah line up anywhere as a receiver in college. Expect him to be a top prospect inside and surrounding Nevada once his junior year gets here.
