Perez debuted as a top-30 prospect in Prep Redzone’s latest 2025 Nevada rankings after picking up his first 4 D-I offers over the past five months. He’s a strong, physical nickel/SS at 6’1”/195 that’s shown his footwork, athleticism, and ability to cover the slot throughout offseason camps and 7v7s. He has excellent short-area quickness, is an aggressive second-level tackler, and shows great timing creating PBUs. Perez holds offers from Columbia, Portland St., Army, and Air Force.
