Marvin had an interesting senior year for the Huskies – I was expecting him to really have a big year after starring at Hopewell High School as a junior. I think what we didn’t expect was a meteoric rise from another Husky running back into a starting role. Marvin showed at this showcase that he’s still a very good running back. His speed and power combination is a load for teams to handle, and someone will get a steal with him at the next level.

A transfer to Hough isn’t the only thing new for Reed, as the rising senior has completely transformed his body this offseason. He’s added over 20 pounds while improving both his speed and initial burst. He’ll still need to prove it’s made a difference on the field, but we think he could have a huge season in 2025. He might be a late-riser, but that doesn’t mean he can’t make noise on the recruiting trail.
