2025 Martinsburg QB/ATH Koi Fagan Koi Fagan 6'0" | 165 lbs | ATH Martinsburg | 2025 State WV likely wrapped up the Kennedy Award as the state’s best player this season with an excellent senior season in his lone year as QB1 for the Bulldogs. Fagan led them to yet another state championship behind his arm and his legs and quite possibly the most dynamic player in the state this season. Which position he ultimately ends up at in college remains to be seen, but don’t be surprised if some D1 programs come poking around before the next signing day. Fagan can slip through and around defense on any given touch with blazing speed and explosiveness in the open field. He’s the definition of a gamer and has the “it” factor that colleges are seeking.
