2028 Martinsburg LB/EDGE Kemar Green Kemar Green 6'1" | 170 lbs | EDGE Martinsburg | 2028 State WV made a varsity impact in his sophomore year, as we expected from his initial high ranking last summer. He played a lot of EDGE/Defensive End for the Bulldogs this season, but we believe his frame is better suited as an OLB prospect at the next level, pending physical growth. Developing his hands and pass-rush techniques will benefit his game further and level up his play, but Green has a solid foundation to build on as a promising prospect.

Martinsburg appears to have a loaded 2028 class to continue their historic run of success, and that continues with LB Kemar Green Kemar Green 6'1" | 170 lbs | EDGE Martinsburg | 2028 State WV . He has the athleticism to be utilized at other positions, too, but his upside at linebacker is high with the early size and athletic ability he’s shown early on. Green can develop into a future high-level pass rusher as he learns the technique of OLB/EDGE. He’s a ball of clay who can be molded into a future varsity star with the physical traits that he’s flashed early on.

Kemar Green Kemar Green 6'1" | 170 lbs | EDGE Martinsburg | 2028 State WV adds to Maertinsburg’s loaded 2028 class with just a few clips of highlights available from his freshman campaign on the Bulldogs’ younger squad. He’s a name to tuck away for later once more film becomes available and when he reaches the varsity level for the Bulldogs. Green appears to be long and athletic and played several different positions in his highlights with receiver potentially being his future spot. We’ll learn more about Green’s game in the future, but he’s worth keeping tabs on until then.
