2028 Martinsburg LB/EDGE Kemar Green Kemar Green 6'1" | 170 lbs | LB Martinsburg | 2028 State WV made a varsity impact in his sophomore year, as we expected from his initial high ranking last summer. He played a lot of EDGE/Defensive End for the Bulldogs this season, but we believe his frame is better suited as an OLB prospect at the next level, pending physical growth. Developing his hands and pass-rush techniques will benefit his game further and level up his play, but Green has a solid foundation to build on as a promising prospect.
