Another talented 2027 prospect in Martinsburg’s program to know is DB Ty Ricketts Ty Ricketts 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB Martinsburg | 2027 State WV . He broke onto the scene as a sophomore last season and opened eyes as a young player. We didn’t know what to expect from Ricketts as he was a quarterback in the past, but excelled as an OLB/S hybrid last year. He does a great job playing in space and is excellent in zone coverage at OLB. Ricketts can play head up in the slot as well and has great play recognition.
