He’ll likely see his name shoot up the rankings after the season with the step he’s taken from his freshman season. Walker is a rangy safety who can patrol the back end of their defenses and cover ground quickly. He has very good pursuit and tracking speed and can also walk up to the line of scrimmage to rush off the end. As Walker develops physically, he could be a name that D1 programs show interest in down the road.
