Appearing to spell on varsity as a sophomore, Hackney get off is a bit inconsistent, but he makes up for with pure hustle and will power. At the line of scrimmage, Hackney fights hard to create separation and space from offensive lineman so he can shed and pursue; at his best moments, we see him walk defenders backwards.
