Considered the top all around athlete in the entire class, Nosym has a made a name for himself as being one of the most versatile players in the state. Balling out every time he made his way to a Next Combine, Nosym has walked away as the top DB, top WR, and almost beat out the high school players in May at the NYNJ Combine as well. You can tell Nosym is an athlete in the truest sense. He is capable of lining up anywhere on the field and beating out his opponent. As a receiver, Nosym is explosive off of the line and makes the defender have to contend with his quick maneuvers. The way he runs route will stand out to you when you get the chance to see him. He’s very smooth and doesn’t slow down when breaking on the route or when he’s changing directions. Nosym is able to maintain speed and create huge separation from the defender. While I think Nosym could easily play at the next level as a receiver, I think his true calling may be as a DB. Nosym has displayed quick hip movement and the ability to stay low as he pivots directions, making it very tricky for an receiver to find success lining up against him. It’s hard to tell where Nosym will play in the future, but it is safe to say he will flourish wherever he is placed.

Right off the bat, it’s safe to say
Nosym Brown

may be the most impressive all around prospect in NJ’s 2028 class. Not only did he win the Combine’s MVP for defensive backs on Saturday, but he also received the honor as a receiver at the previous event. Heading to Bergen Catholic in a few months, one of top teams in the state is only getting better with a pickup like Nosym. He gave receivers very little room to find success in their route running. Nosym was glued to the hip the entire time downfield and made plays on the ball as if he was the one running the route.
What was most impressive from Nosym is that he not only shined at the Next Combine, but he then went on to compete with the high schoolers and nearly won the defensive back MVP there as well. This is a name that everybody should be discussing.

Brown was probably the fasted player I watched throughout all 3 practices and easily the quickest initially off the line. A guy that I put as an initial standout for team East and caught my eye right away while watching the receivers. You cant miss how fast this kid is and how good he runs routes. Those two things together give this kid an extremely bright future in football. He has good height and skill set already to be a top receiver in New Jersey.
- Very quick off the line
- Good size
- Knows how to win routes with technique
- Is a baller on both sides of the ball

has become one of the top two-way prospects in New Jersey for the class of 2028. A walkup at camp, Brown turned in an MVP performance at the Wide Receiver position–a performance that won’t be forgotten any time soon. At 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds, the springy prospect made dozens–literally dozens–of jaw-dropping moves throughout the day. Electric speed and agility is putting it lightly. Literally, nobody at the camp had a better showing during the combine portion of the day. Brown recorded the best forty time at camp with a 4.72, and best broad jump at camp with an 8’11”. Further cementing his dominance, he also notched best shuttle time (4.12) and L-Drill (7.72) of all the receivers. Following the combine testing, he made some of the best 2028 defensive backs in the Northeast look mundane at times. Elite route running, hands and breathtaking agility. I’m not sure how he did it, but a kid I already though the world of on the field, managed to raise his stock even higher.

Brown is another player on the East squad that caught my eye immediately. Probably one of the faster guys on the field he’s another guy that played very well on both sides of the ball, but his speed off the line and in and out of breaks was elite. One of a few Jersey guys that impressed
- Very quick off the line
- has good size right now standing at 5’10
- Knows how to win routes with technique which makes him so good cause he’s already got the speed
- Is a baller on both sides of the ball
- competed in some very good 1v1 battles with Jamorie Dennis
- overall electric player to watch

. Standing at 5’9 this athlete has quickness, speed and hops. When the ball is in the air, it doesn’t matter when side of the ball he’s on because more times than not, Mr. Brown ends up with the ball. I really like his instincts and hip mobility. He gets in and out of breaks well at receiver, then drives on the ball with precision at defensive back. To add a little more value to his game, Nosym can return kicks and is a threat to reverse the field.

Only a 2028 prospect (current seventh-grade) I have seen Brown in both camp settings and game setting twice a year over the last two years and he’s always on point. Brown is listed as an Athlete because of what I’ve seen him do on the offensive side of the ball, but at the Prep Redzone Next Rising Prospect Camp in New Jersey he stood out to scouts and coaches for his coverage skills. Nice size for a kid with another year of pre-high school ball to go (5’8″, 145 lbs.) with a strong lower half that saw him register broad jumps of 8’8″ and 9′.
