There are so many athletes to talk about from this event. So we will start with the offensive side of the ball with a focus on the skill players.

We are no strangers to Kewaskum 2027 QB [player_tooltip player_id='1227286' first='Eli' last='Ogi']. The soon-to-be senior QB delivered a passing performance in Oshkosh on Sunday that solidified him as the top QB in attendance. The 6'1" 200 lbs signal caller brings outstanding gifts and tools to the field that have been crafted through several years of offseason development. Eli can make every throw and attacks each attempt with confidence. He is able to rip the ball into spots with timing and pinpoint placement. The consistency of his mechanics stood out from the crowd too. From his feet to his release point. It is very obvious how dedicated to his craft he is. The '27 QB also proved to bring viable athletic tools to the field too. Hitting 4.87 in the 40, 9'1" in the broad jump, and 31.4" in the vertical. Eli checked every box. I can't recommend enough to college coaches that they need to be checking in and learning more about Eli and his game. Special athlete who puts in the work and has translated that work to vast improvement on the field. No doubt one of the most talented QBs in the state of WI.

One of the premier TE talents in the WI Class of 2027 came out to Oshkosh and verified those high-end talents and traits. Mac started his day off checking in at 6'4" 222 lbs, ran a 4.95 40, 4.59 shuttle, 7.09 L-Drill, and vertical jumped 30.8". The versatility around Mac's game was a consistent buzz among coaches too. He not only brings three down TE talents to the field, but also has the tape, success (1st Team All Conference as an OL), and frame to potentially grow into an OL at the next level. On the field on Sunday we were able to get a great updated look at Mac's TE abilities. He provides the mismatch you hope for at TE. His smooth athleticism, size, strong hands, and body control made hard to lock down. The '27 TE understands how to utilize his size to his advantage and used it to win reps on Sunday. The Waunakee product ended the day with an offer from Northern State who join a quickly growing list of offers for the talented and versatile TE.

One of WI's best receivers came out to Oshkosh and put together a day that had coaches lining up to talk with him. The explosive WR left no doubt that he has the athletic tools for the WR position at the next level. Dejon put up a 4.5 40, 4.31 shuttle, 9'4" broad jump, 6.91 L-drill, and a 34.4" vertical. No question the top end speed, agility, explosive change of direction, and body control are all there. Dejon is able to take those traits and produce on the field too. The '27 WR is able to create separation to quickly and once he gets that sliver of space he is going to make the DB pay. On top of those tools Dejon further separates himself with his hands. The dude finds ways to come down with the ball. The angles and last second adjustment that he is able to execute are rare to find. The '27 WR out of Verona was able to end his day with offers from Winona State and Northern State.

One of my top performers of the entire day was De Pere Wr [player_tooltip player_id='1299247' first='Max' last='Goebel']. The '27 WR checked in at 6' 173 lbs and proceeded to dominate the combine. Max hit 4.63 in the 40, an insane 4.01 and 4.04 in the shuttle, broad jumped 9'4" twice, and his 6.84 on the L-Drill. The De Pere product brings elite change of direction and explosive acceleration to the field. More importantly, Max translated the testing to the field. The soon-to-be senior WR was a nightmare to cover. It was effortless for him to explode off the line and eat up cushion. His speed in and out of breaks was a nightmare for DBs to try and compete with, resulting in plenty of cushion on his reps. Max's ball skills also shined as he could high point the ball and make catches away from his body with soft hands. The '27 WR is on an upward trajectory.

I really like what I saw from Carter Hill of Waunakee. The 2027 WR brings a massive frame to the position that is also equipped with difference making athleticism. Carter is a 6'4" 192 lbs prospect. During the combine Hill hit 4.69 in the 40, 4.47 in the shuttle, 10' and 9'11" in the broad, 36.2" in the vertical, and 7.21 in the L-Drill. So not only did Carter have one of the most impressive frames at the WR position, he also left no doubt that he has the tools to win out wide with his route running. Because of that Hill is able to dominate in the redzone or jump ball scenarios with his massive catch radius and he can be leaned on in the middle of the field to either continue to win with that size mismatch or with some explosive route running. This performance should have landed him on the radar of several programs. Coaches, don't miss out on a weapon like this.

Sam might be the WR I have seen most since he entered high school 3 years ago. The '27 WR has done nothing but improve and develop his craft over the years and it has made him one of the most explosive and effective route runners that Wisconsin has to offer college recruiters. No doubt several took notice including Sioux Falls who extended him an offer two days following the camp.

During the event the Memorial WR delivered a stellar performance. 4.59 in the 40, 4.21 in the shuttle, 9'6" in the broad, 39.2" in the vertical, and a blazing 6.93 in the L-Drill. Sam's elite route running has always been his strength that he built his game around, and to have numbers like this to verify just how twitchy, agile, and sudden he is should have college recruiters very excited. On the field Sam piled up the wins with that explosive route running. The '27 has an elite ability to get in and out of breaks while either holding his speed, or instantly accelerating back to it within steps of completely routes. This kid is built to dominate in the slot at the next level. A nightmare to try and run with for DBs.

I was really impressed by passing prowess of West Bend West 2027 QB [player_tooltip player_id='1227014' first='Collin' last='Grass']. It was the arm strength that separated him from the crowd while throwing against air and in 1 v 1 battles. Collin does a really good job of using that 6'1" 195 lbs frame to create velocity on his passes. It was his deep pass reps that were Collin's best of the day. He could carry the zip on the ball all the way to the receiver. The ball comes out of a high release point, and the reps I was able to watch flashed the type of accuracy needed to play at the next level.

Collin also did well during the combine portion of the day. He ran a 4.72 40, 4.63 shuttle, 7.66 L-Drill, and an 8'2" broad jump. The '27 QB is coming off a 7-3 season that was the best record for WBW since 1982 and their first playoff appearance since 2010. Big things ahead for the 2027 QB.

Several times I noted that [player_tooltip player_id='1226908' first='Cole' last='Erdmann'] of Sussex Hamilton can absolutely rip it when throwing the football around the field on Sunday. The 6'2" 205 lbs 2027 QB has been working hard this offseason and it is converting to success in camps. The ball is out quickly, and it is coming out hot a lot of the time. Cole has really improved his mechanics. While watching him throw live you could see everything working as one, leading to that impressive arm strength to make get the ball to every spot called for on the field. The 2027 QB is also a dual threat on Friday nights. He piled up 2100 all purpose yards in 2025 and 26 TDs. On Sunday, Cole ran a 4.86 40, 4.55 shuttle, and a 7.4 L-Drill. A great day for the Hamilton signal caller.

A 2028 QB who caught my eye multiple times during passing drills and 1 on 1s was Fond du Lac QB [player_tooltip player_id='2110970' first='Eli' last='Michalkiewicz']. Eli showed off a live arm that the '28 was clearly confident in. Multiple times I was able to watch him zip the ball into extremely tight windows including a perfectly thrown ball over the middle of the field that had 0 room for error. The '28 showed that accuracy throughout the night. Eli is also a three sport athlete including being a double digit scorer in basketball. The 6' 205 lbs soon-to-be junior also has a 4.84 40 in his arsenal as well. This should be a big season for the Fondy QB1.

When it comes to the RB position there are so many ways for athletes to succeed and make a significant impact. [player_tooltip player_id='1666335' first='Dillon' last='Herling'], a 2027 RB of Franklin, is an RB that is going to give you a spark on offense. He is someone who can create mismatches if he can get the ball in space. That is highlighted by him averaging 10 yards/carry in 2025 on 75 attempts. Dillon crushed the combine on Sunday. The explosive athlete ran a 4.46 40, 4.22 shuttle, broad jumped 9'3", and vertical jumped 31.6", plus he hit 4.32 on the L-Drill. Dillon brings elusiveness to the field. He can cut on a dime and get back to top speed in a few strides. Herling is an athlete that doesn't need the ball a ton to make a difference and he proved that further on Sunday.

One of my favorite RB performances from the day was Freedom's rising 2028 RB [player_tooltip player_id='1709852' first='Axzil' last='Eggert']. He has the makings of a feature back, and proved in 2025 he could be utilized as one with his 140+ carries and 1,000+ rushing yards. The 5'10" 204 lbs soon-to-be junior RB pairs a strong, stout frame with game-changing athleticism. He ran a 4.59 40, 4.56 shuttle, 7.09 L-Drill, vertical jumped 30" and broad jumped 8'10". Eggert is a kid who can get you the tough yards on 3rd and short, and also break that carry loose for 75 yards to the house. This performance should be the launching pad to a big year for Eggert and his team. Make sure this kid is on your radars.

It was great to get a few live glimpses of one of the best TEs in the state. The '28 TE out of Waupun came in at 6'3" and a really well carried 230 lbs. The big man ran a 4.97 40, 4.83 shuttle, and a 7.48 L-Drill. All really solid numbers for the two way impact player. But it was when they hit the field for some live reps that Owen really got to flex his dominance. The big man is surprisingly smooth getting off the line and in and out of breaks. That efficiency helps him play even faster than his times suggest. It is clear that the 2028 has natural ball skills too, easily locating and tracking the ball. He catches with big, strong hands that can secure the ball to his chest. Plus he is a natural using the big frame to create space and box out DBs. Owen verified why we are so high on him here at Prep Redzone.

This camp last year is where Lucas really put himself on the map. This time around he left no doubt that it wasn't a fluke. The 2027 WR crushed the day from the start. The 5'9" 165 lbs WR ran a pair of 4.69 40s, a 4.61 shuttle, 9'4" broad jump, 7.26 L-Drill, and a 37.4" vertical jump. That explosive agility and twitched up athleticism is how he dominates on Friday nights too. Lucas forces defenses to give him space because of how quickly he can run routes and open up space. That plan doesn't usually work either though as he is able to make DBs miss just as much after the catch. The nearly 900 yard receiver is able to track the ball, easily makes adjustments to the ball, and is comfortable plucking the ball out of the air. The explosive weapon holds multiple offers from the next level and I won't be surprised to see more join.

One final WR that we have to talk about is Port Washington 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='1620603' first='Kade' last='Kintop- Marino']. The 5'9" 150 lbs WR is an electric athlete. He ran a 4.63 40, elite 4.18 shuttle, jumped 9'3" and 31.8", and ran an outstanding 6.65 L-Drill. The field work made those elite numbers even more impressive. On deep routes Kade was so quick off the line, stacking his CB and then pulling away to create space with his vertical speed. The underneath, quick routes really flexed the agility numbers as he was able to instantly create separation. The '27 WR also demonstrated consistently great hands that reeled in contested catches on multiple reps. It was a great showing for the 2027 WR.

Deandre Williamson, 2027 QB/ATH- Kaukauna

One of the best overall performers of the day was QB Deandre Williamson out of Kaukauna. The dual threat QB proved to have elite athleticism for a QB. He checked in at 6'1" 170 lbs, ran a 4.47 40, 4.57 shuttle, jumped 9'6" and 32.2", and he ran a 7.47 L-Drill. Deandre also lists DB as a position and with numbers like that he could offer some multi-positional value to teams. That versatility goes a long ways. On top of being a natural athlete, Deandre was a natural passer. He is able to do everything so quick and effortlessly from his footwork to his throwing motion. Williamson flashed an arm that can deliver the ball to every route on the route tree and do it with velocity behind it. His accuracy was also fantastic throughout the reps I was able to take in live. The Kaukauna athlete is a special prospect. He holds an offer from Drake currently.
