About Dillon

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with Heart and desire. I will always try and get that extra yard when I have the ball in my hands.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very detailed oriented person. I love watching game film to see if I can find any weaknesses in the defense to exploit when I am running the ball.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in the National Honors Society for school

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

One of the qualifications for being in the National Honors Society is volunteering in the community. I usually will do at least 30 hours every year of volunteering. I also try to be a good leader for my teammates, either through my actions on the field or by trying to lift someone else up who maybe down on themselves.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I dislocated my knee cap and tore a ligament in my knee near the end of my freshman season of football. It was very difficult for me to be watching from the sidelines the last two games of the season.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that can satisfy my academic needs as well as my athletic needs. I would like to be able to major in business and get a degree so I can have a successful career outside of football.

When it comes to the RB position there are so many ways for athletes to succeed and make a significant impact. Dillon Herling Dillon Herling 5'9" | 170 lbs | ATH/RB Franklin | 2027 State WI , a 2027 RB of Franklin, is an RB that is going to give you a spark on offense. He is someone who can create mismatches if he can get the ball in space. That is highlighted by him averaging 10 yards/carry in 2025 on 75 attempts. Dillon crushed the combine on Sunday. The explosive athlete ran a 4.46 40, 4.22 shuttle, broad jumped 9’3″, and vertical jumped 31.6″, plus he hit 4.32 on the L-Drill. Dillon brings elusiveness to the field. He can cut on a dime and get back to top speed in a few strides. Herling is an athlete that doesn’t need the ball a ton to make a difference and he proved that further on Sunday.
