Keegan is going to put on a show this summer and stand out among every QB group he is in action with. The 2027 QB looks the part to start at 6’3″ 185 lbs. Once they start slinging it around the field it will quickly become apparent how well-coached and technically sound Keegan is. I love watching his feet on tape. The way he can slide, shuffle, and instantly reset and get the ball out and do it with consistent accuracy is a special trait. His accuracy to every level of the field is surgical and we are going to see him also verify the arm strength to effectively attack downfield at the next level. Get a glimpse of the talent by taking a look at his tape, linked below.

Keegan and the Franklin team were in one of the Games of the Week vs Racine Case, but they made it look like anything but that with their impressive 35-7 win. Looking at the early season from Keegan it is clear that he was ready for his time as QB1. The junior is already technically sound with his feet and eyes strongly connected and everything works as one when throwing the ball to allow him to put the necessary velocity on the ball and give him the range to stretch the field. The poise that Keegan played with was equally as impressive as the physical tools. His eyes were locked downfield, even when he had to avoid pressure or get outside the pocket. Keegan was ready for the big moments and has Franklin rolling as we enter midseason. Get this kid on your radars if he isn’t there yet.

This Class of 2027 QBs is a deep one, and I have a feeling it is only going to get deeper as Keegan takes over the helm at Franklin and carves out his own story with the Sabers. The 6’3″ 185 lbs QB definitely looks the part standing behind center and his right arm verifies that he is going to be a dude to know in this Class of QBs. Even in the limited tape from 2024 it was very obvious how poised he was, keeping his eyes downfield and sliding around the pocket to buy time. You will also see him go through progressions, showing a firm understanding of the offense and where his men are going to be. Finally, the arm talent is at a good place. Accurate to all three levels, confident in his arm strength, and the control to use touch when necessary. I’m excited to watch this offense roll with Keegan leading the way.

The Franklin offense has been arguably the most consistent, and effective in the state over the last 5+ years. A major reason behind that is their ability to develop collegiate level QBs. The next potential recruit is 2027

. Best is already putting in the work to ready for the job. At 6’3″ 185 lbs the 2027 is well on his way towards looking the part. Tap into one of his highlights and you will see the glimpses of what is ahead of him. Keegan is a quickly developing recruit. On tape he shows that he can attack all three levels of the field with effective arm strength. We see that he can get the ball out while off platform. Best also shines with his spot on accuracy as he hits his weapons in stride so they can create a play after the catch without missing a beat. I have a strong feeling about this potential breakout.
