The Hurricane Redskins had several OL stock risers in our final rankings update with the highest stock riser being [player_tooltip player_id='908621' first='Ethan' last='Chill']. Chill has great upside on both sides of the line but had a strong senior year at right tackle. He's a strong and athletic big man with the frame to continue adding size at the college level. Chill has claimed offers this month from the D1 to NAIA level, including Middle Tennesee, Morehead State, UPike, WV State, and Glenville State, to further cement his stock rising senior year.

2025 Frankfort TE/LB [player_tooltip player_id='1126310' first='Jett' last='McCullough'] had a tremendous senior season for the Falcons on both sides of the ball and earned some accolades for his performance this year. We like the 6'3 225 prospect on the offensive side of the ball at TE and believe he has a very high ceiling for the position. Frankfort runs the Wing-T so catch opportunities were limited, but McCullough has shown on film that he's plenty athletic enough to execute that side of the position. His physicality and tenacity are what make him a great candidate for a D2 TE who could develop into a future big-time player at the next level.

Hile went a perfect 15/15 on PATS and an impressive 9/12 on field goals with a long of 48 yards. He also added 20 touchbacks on kickoffs and showed he could consistently push the ball into the endzone. Hile has the leg strength to hit from beyond 50 yards and the ball jumps off his foot at an impressive rate of power.

Means is strong and physical at the point of attack showing consistent push on film while tallying several pancakes throughout his game tapes. Van Meter has developed himself into a fringe D1 prospect and a must-offer for D2 programs after a strong senior year. He has the length and athleticism combo that is hard to find and showed a nasty streak on film that will give him the opportunity to develop into a very good college starter in time after he puts on some more size. Martinsburg needed an alpha receiver to step up this season after some attrition from last year's squad, and Bunny more than answered the call. He's a long and athletic 6'4 receiver with a basketball background that has a very high ceiling as a football prospect. Bunny has good speed for his size and has the natural athleticism to go up and snag the ball out of the air when contested. He was a very good deep threat and red zone target for the Bulldogs this year and is only scratching the surface of his potential with just one year of an expanded varsity role.

[player_tooltip player_id='907770' first='Brandon' last='Champion'] has been another 2025 offensive lineman who has risen the ranks and caps out with a Top 125 ranking to finish his senior year. Size has been the only hindrance to his ranking, but Champion has more than proven on the field that he can overcome that. The rest of his game will force more colleges to want his services which Bluefield State and WV State have done this month. Champion is an athletic big man with impressive physical strength that is obvious on film. He's still being overlooked by colleges in our eyes with some D3 opportunities but looks like a clear D2 prospect to us on film. Wilson has a good build for an every-down running back and has shown natural ability for the position while still being relatively new to the game. He's explosive out of the backfield and has the build to be a versatile power runner who can also break loose in the open field. Collins is a phenomenal athlete who got it done with his legs and on defense and special teams as well forcing his coaches to play him as much as they could.
Hurricane's [player_tooltip player_id='908607' first='Drake' last='Lanham'] has been another steady stock riser and one of the most improved players in the state since his younger years. He's developed into a D1-level prospect with more room to grow both physically and developmentally. Lanham played left tackle this season for the Redskins and should translate well back to guard in college with a ton of potential and upside at that spot. He's a versatile and well-rounded offensive lineman with good feet and natural athleticism that he's maintained while adding size. Lanham is also a strong athlete which shows up on film with powerful hands and driving ability that's placed him as one of the best big men in this class.

[player_tooltip player_id='883592' first='Dillan' last='America'] has been very good for an overlooked Grafton program for a while now and saved his best for last as a senior that's placed him as a Top 10 WR in the class. He caught 53 passes for 1,194 yards and 18 touchdowns this season which was good for over 22 yards per catch and a placement on our Class AA First Team All-State. America is a long and athletic receiver with great natural ball skills and a knack for producing explosive plays. He can stretch the field with the best of them with the perfect skill set to be a deep play threat. America also has the ability to turn nothing into something and whose explosiveness allows him to race past defenders.

2025 Martinsburg QB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='865706' first='Koi' last='Fagan'] likely wrapped up the Kennedy Award as the state's best player this season with an excellent senior season in his lone year as QB1 for the Bulldogs. Fagan led them to yet another state championship behind his arm and his legs and quite possibly the most dynamic player in the state this season. Which position he ultimately ends up at in college remains to be seen, but don't be surprised if some D1 programs come poking around before the next signing day. Fagan can slip through and around defense on any given touch with blazing speed and explosiveness in the open field. He's the definition of a gamer and has the "it" factor that colleges are seeking.
