The Hurricane Redskins had several OL stock risers in our final rankings update with the highest stock riser being
Ethan Chill

. Chill has great upside on both sides of the line but had a strong senior year at right tackle. He’s a strong and athletic big man with the frame to continue adding size at the college level. Chill has claimed offers this month from the D1 to NAIA level, including Middle Tennesee, Morehead State, UPike, WV State, and Glenville State, to further cement his stock rising senior year.

We recently touched on the season that 2025 Hurricane OL/DL

is having and he’s worth another mention in our First Three Weeks OL Stock Risers article. He’s making a great case this season to flip to OL in our rankings where he’s likely to see a significant jump from his current ranking. Chill will have options for which sport he plays at the next level but we’re confident that he could play at a high level as an offensive lineman if he chooses to play football.
Here’s what we recently said about Chill in our Week Two Big Men of the Week article:
“2025 Hurricane OL/DL

had a strong night in a big win over Spring Valley in week two. Ranked as a defensive lineman, Chill looked the part at offensive tackle in the game and is a talented two-way lineman for the Redskins. He’s a stout athlete with a guard body type but has tackle athleticism, which is a great combination for an offensive lineman. Chill may move to OL in our final 2025 rankings update after the season depending on what he puts on film this season and has a high ceiling on that side of the ball. He’s also a D1 throwing prospect for track & field and an all-around very good jumbo athlete.”

is a very underrated 2025 prospect including by us that you’ll need to follow closely this season. With another strong year, Chill will undoubtedly be a big stock riser in our final rankings after the season and is poised to earn serious college attention as a senior. He recently had a strong performance at one of WVU’s camps and should put it all together this season for the Redskins. Chill is a big athlete at 6’3 250 who will likely play in the defensive interior at the next level but is very athletic for his size. You saw flashes of it on his junior tape, and he can perform at a high level on both sides of the line.
Chill is a physical and athletic presence on offense and defense and has a lot of potential as a college prospect.

Ethan Hill out of Hurricane could’ve been ranked as an offensive or defensive lineman but his ceiling on the DL is probably highest. Really athletic kid for his size in that 6’3 250 range who moves well on film. Hurricane had a lot of quality defensive line bodies this season so Chill’s role and production should see an increase in 2024. He moves as well as a lot of linebackers in the state and showed that as an offensive tackle this year too. With continued development, Chill is another prospect in the 100-125 ranking range that can make a big jump in our final 2025 update after the 2024 season.
