2025 Hurricane OL Logan French Logan French 6'0" | 270 lbs | OL Hurricane | 2025 State WV has done a nice job stepping into a starting role this season on the Redskins’ offensive line and is playing himself into some small college offers.

We got a good look at him this off-season at the PRZ WV Combine where he caught our eye and felt good about him heading into his senior year. French is continuing that momentum and putting some quality play on film at the midseason point of the season. He has decent size and can effectively pull from his right guard spot with quality quickness. French isn’t going to do anything fancy and just does his job well as a gritty player. He does a good job battling every play and is maximizing his potential at this point of his career.

2025 Hurricane lineman Logan French Logan French 6'0" | 270 lbs | OL Hurricane | 2025 State WV was a pleasant surprise during the Combine and someone who we considered an OL prospect coming into the event but worked out as a defensive lineman. We hadn’t seen much DL film from him before the camp, and French gave us another aspect of his game to evaluate and think about moving forward. He was able to flash some quality athleticism for his size and surprised offensive linemen with his quickness off the line at times.

French is flying under the radar right now as someone who hasn’t gotten much playing time at the varsity level but was able to show what he can do on a bigger scale at the Combine in front of college coaches in attendance. We expect him to see a much bigger role for the Redskins in 2024 for his senior season.

Hurricane will need to replace some starting offensive linemen from last season and 2025 OL Logan French Logan French 6'0" | 270 lbs | OL Hurricane | 2025 State WV looks to be in the mix to earn one of those spots. He saw some spot duty on varsity and was a starter on the JV team last season but needs to take the next step in his development to be a varsity starter. French is capable of doing so, and that’s the question we’ll be looking for him to answer at the combine. He can earn some small college opportunities if he’s able to secure one of those spots on a very talented Redskins team who will have plenty of eyes on them next season. His patience for waiting his turn could pay off for him during his senior year, and that starts in the off-season with a strong combine performance.
