The list is continuing to grow every every day, as new prospects are added behind the scenes. In February/March, the new prospects that are being added will become visible to subscribing members on the Watch List with our second update. The list will be updated three times during the spring and summer camp season(s). The final list will be released in mid-August, as these athletes are set to begin their high school careers. Here is a look at the athletes from the state of Oklahoma, that were included on the initial 2027 Football Prospect Watch List.
A three-sport athlete out of Bixby Middle School, Standley is one of those extremely rare kids who has a legitimate shot to play at the Division 1 level in wrestling, baseball and football, at this point. Serving as Quarterback for the Bixby Middle School-Blue team (there’s also a Red team), he was named 8th Grade Offensive Player of the Year by the Bixby program.
A big, strong Wide Receiver from Stillwater Junior High School. Bradford stands 6-foot-1 and 180-pounds of speed, strength and skill. I recently compared him to Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro AJ Brown in terms of body composition and ability. Excelled as a Receiver this year, but is also no slouch at the Linebacker/Defensive End/Edge positions either.
An extremely fast Running Back/Linebacker in the Coweta High School feeder program. The Tigers varsity team is currently 11-0 and ranked No.3 in the state. Heilmann reads and reacts as quickly as any Middle Linebacker in the country and has exceptional straight-line speed. Size will determine a lot over the next four years.

The son of a former Sooner Offensive Lineman, his first name does his arm talent justice. A 6-foot-1, 185-pound Quarterback that will be off to Deer Creek High School next year, Bronson is big Quarterback that can reel back and launch the football. Good feet and very advanced mechanics make him a signal caller to watch over the next four years.
Yet another son of a former Sooner, Case is the son of decade-long NFL vet and former Pro Bowler, Stephen Alexander. He also happens to be the younger brother of 2024 Tight End Cooper Alexander Cooper Alexander 6’4″ | 205 lbs | TE Washington | 2024 State OK , who holds an offer from Tulsa. Case is a 6-foot-2, 170-pound Tight End with dependable hands that can stretch the field. He’ll join his older brother at Washington High School in the fall.
Little brother Colton McComb Colton McComb 6’2″ | 195 lbs | ATH Edmond Memorial | 2027 State OK is the 6-foot-1, 180-pound younger brother of 2025 Quarterback prospect, David McComb David McComb 6’3″ | 215 lbs | QB Edmond Memorial | 2025 State OK . While the elder McComb already holds offers from Akron and Memphis as just a Sophomore, the younger McComb projects as an Athlete that should get more than his fair share of looks as a Linebacker/Tight End/Edge type. The brothers will line up together at Edmond Memorial High School next year.

Talk about an absolute physical presence on the offensive and defensive line, Reagan is more than enough for other pre-high school kids to handle. The 6-foot-1, 280-pounder is already squatting 365-pounds for multiple reps and incline bench-pressing 245-pounds. From what I’ve gathered, he’s a young man I’d want my son to be like off the field, and a very bad dude on it. He’ll be at Owasso next year.
At 6-foot-3, 250-pounds and more athletic than most skill-position players, Carver Middle School’s Joseph Graves Joseph Graves 6’3″ | 250 lbs | DL Booker T Washington | 2027 State OK is a big man to know about. With his size, combined with already bench pressing 225-pounds, Graves is a budding two-sport star for the Wildcats. In addition to his ability as a Tackle on both sides of the ball in football, he’s a solid big man on the hardwood.

With his father (Antonio) being a former High School All-American, and eventually playing at Troy before signing an Undrafted Free Agent deal with the Browns, the bar has been set for Noah. While his father was a big Defensive Tackle, Noah is a Running Back trying to avoid those big guys. At 5-foot-10 and 155-pounds he looks to be a very good option for Tulsa Union High School (No.1 ranked team in the state) going forward.
Highlights
Irving Middle School in Norman, Oklahoma was home to several talented kids this past season, with Rashad Reece Rashad Reece 6’0″ | 150 lbs | WR Norman | 2027 OK possibly chief among them. Reece is a 6-foot, 150-pound Wide Receiver who can flat out go get the rock when it’s in mid-air. After eighth-grade basketball and track, he’ll be off to the high school ranks and his ability should continue to rise to the top.
Norman, Oklahoma is home to another Wide Receiver to keep tabs on over the next four years, in Rylan Humphrey Rylan Humphrey WR OK . Humphrey is currently a Whittier Middle School student-athlete, who stands out in football and basketball for the Wildcats. While I don’t have official measurements, he appears to be 6-foot-1 and 150-pounds and was a key redzone target all season long.
Jenks is a powerhouse high school program based on tradition where the only option is reloading, not rebuilding. Running Back Semaj Stanford Semaj Stanford 5’10” | 165 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK appears to be a major piece of the puzzle going forward for the Trojans, as he gets set to enter high school next year. At 5-foot-10 and 150-pounds, he runs an unverified 4.6 in the forty and has the ability to rattle off big runs at a consistent clip.
At 6-foot-1 and 185-pounds (unofficially) Brown may eventually outgrow the Running Back position, but he’s a very gifted football player. For his size, at his position, he’s extremely agile prospect for his position. While I haven’t seen any eighth-grade stats, he finished his seventh-grade year with 33 total touchdowns on offense and 10 sacks on defense. Mustang High School is currently 8-2 and ranked No.16 in the state; Next year, they’ll get the services of Brown.

Moore High School will get the services of Taven Hayes Taven Hayes 6’0″ | 155 lbs | QB Southmoore | 2027 OK at Quarterback next year and it could pay off quickly. The 6-foot, 155-pound has already been invited on unofficial visits to North Alabama, Akron and Oklahoma State. The field general cleaned up the awards at Highland East Junior High this year, taking home All-Conference honors, Newcomer of the Year honors and Offensive Skill Player of the Year honors. Stay tuned.

Rounding out the Oklahoma athletes selected for the initial 2027 Watch List, dual-threat Quarterback Tyson Pogi Tyson Pogi 5’10” | 145 lbs | QB Mustang | 2027 State OK is a player to be excited about. Also a stellar Point Guard, he’s the son of former Oklahoma State Quarterback, Aso Pogi. He owns some of the best feet in the country in terms of quickness. Like Taven Brown Taven Brown 6’1″ | 200 lbs | RB Mustang | 2027 State OK above, he’ll also be at Mustang High School. The duo is part of a very bright future for the red and black.
