has to be on track to becoming the most productive defensive player in program history. Alexander started as a freshman, emerging as one of the top players in his class. He would then elevate his game last season, becoming an All State 2nd Team selection. Now, he goes into the 2025 season as one of the best football players in the state. When it comes to his work on defense, we have nothing to add other than he should continue his dominant play on that side of the ball. What’s interesting is what he can do on offense. We saw flashes of it last season at the tight end position. But with Nate Roberts gone, Alexander might become one of the top targets on offense.

is another ’27 prospect that has firmly been in the top five since we started ranking this class. Nothing had changed. Alexander is one of the best tacklers in the state and with a D1 signee for an older brother and a former NFL tight end for a dad, Alexander clearly has the genetic advantage to become another can’t miss prospect. Alexander has been a force since his freshman season and he continues to improve, every time we see him on film or in person. And be on the lookout for Alexander to start impacting the game significantly more on the offensive side of the ball as a tight end. We saw glimpses of it at various times last season but he could end up becoming one of the top targets on offense for the Warriors in 2025.

continues to have a stranglehold on the top spot at the linebacker position in the 2027 class. The sophomore is not only the top linebacker in his class, he’s one of the best linebackers in the state, regardless of class. And it didn’t take long for college coaches to agree with that assessment. Alexander has seen his recruitment start to take off and it shouldn’t be slowing down anytime soon. He is a heat-seeking rocket and if he’s not making the play on a ball carrier, he seems to always be right there and around the play as it happens. Now, what will be interesting this fall is what Alexander looks like on the offensive side of the ball. He played a little bit of tight end in 2024 but should see that playing time expand in 2025. His older brother signed at the D1 level at tight end and his dad spent several years in the NFL as a tight end.

was going to be one of the freshmen to watch in 2023 but he exceeded all expectations and was a strong candidate for Freshman Of The Year. This season, Alexander has taken another step as an overall player for the Warriors. He remains one of the top linebackers in the state but he’s also added some offense this season as a tight end. Alexander is the third leading receiver on the team but make no mistake about it, Alexander is an absolute stud at the linebacker position. He’s once again the top linebacker in the state’s 2027 class and he’s right there in the conversation with Stanford and Graves for the top overall spot. He plays the game with instincts that you can’t coach and it always puts him in a good position.

was one of the best freshmen in the state last season. He enjoyed a breakout season where he emerged as one of the team’s leading tacklers. He finished the season with 81 tackles on the year and he’s going to come into this season as one of the state’s top linebackers, regardless of class. Alexander has also emerged as one of the state’s top prospects in his class and that should only continue as he elevates his game. This season, don’t be surprised to see Alexander come in the game on the offensive side of the ball. The Warriors will look for Alexander to play some tight end when necessary at times this fall.
