Edmond Memorial quarterback and Kansas commit David McComb David McComb 6'3" | 215 lbs | QB Edmond Memorial | 2025 State OK has been right there with Reisig as a guy to watch in this class since his freshman season. Halfway through that year, McComb took over the QB1 job and has continued to grow as an overall player in the last three years. When you look at this quarterback class, the truth is, there really isn’t much that separates the top four guys at this position. When you look at McComb, he might end up being the top guy in this class because he looks like he has all the tools to be that guy. Only time will tell when it comes to that but the Kansas commit has been lights out in every area this season.

Edmond Memorial senior David McComb David McComb 6'3" | 215 lbs | QB Edmond Memorial | 2025 State OK comes into this season as one of the best quarterbacks in the state. He’s been considered one of the top QB’s in the 2025 class since early on in his high school career. Last year, McComb reached new heights in terms of his production. He threw for over 3,000 yards and also ran for over 500 yards. Simply put, McComb has all the tools to be the very best quarterback in the state. McComb has been committed to Kansas for a while now and he’s looking to finish off his high school career on a high note. His numbers last season were outstanding and we can’t wait to see what he does for an encore this season.

Another quarterback that is going into his fourth season as a starter at the 6A-1 level is David McComb David McComb 6'3" | 215 lbs | QB Edmond Memorial | 2025 State OK at Edmond Memorial. And like Reisig, McComb was putting up monster numbers on a weekly basis last season. He took his passing game to new heights in 2023 and made 350-yard performances seem normal, week after week. McComb committed to Kansas and like Reisig, has been considered one of the state’s top quarterbacks since his freshman season. Now, McComb has also taken another step as a leader. We watched the Edmond Memorial quarterback in person a few times this offseason and that was one thing that really stood out to us is how much he’s grown in that department.
