is in a very similar situation to Archer at Broken Arrow. Owasso’s offensive line has a very strong case for being the most dominant group in the state. Reagan is the young gun on this offensive line and just like with Archer, if Reagan is absorbing everything from this group this season, he is going to be in a much better spot moving forward. Reagan has impressed us in the past as a name to know before he even entered the high school ranks. Now, as a sophomore, Reagan is still a name that we’re keeping an eye on and we think that his ceiling is getting higher and higher. Don’t be surprised if he’s a breakout prospect this offseason.

along the offensive line. While Jones has been able to get into the lineup and make plays on Friday nights, Reagan is going to have to wait his turn. Owasso has multiple offensive linemen that have D1 offers and that line is a solid unit. But Reagan is still a name to keep in mind moving forward. He was absolutely dominant at our PRZ-Next camp back in April and honestly, he could have taken home MVP honors for either side of the ball. But he really impressed as an offensive lineman during the 1 on 1 portion of the camp We’ll be interested to see his continued development because he’s already one of the strongest in his class.

checked in for the camp on Sunday, I almost stopped him and said the high school camp was in the afternoon. Reagan already looks like he’s been playing high school ball for a few years. So without even doing anything on the field, Reagan already had our attention as he passed the eye test with flying colors. Then it was time to go to work on the line of scrimmage. And Reagan is the first of three guys who really shined along the defensive line, but Reagan was the most consistent in his ability to play on both sides of the ball. But the coaches kept pointing to Reagan during the individual drills on defense. And what’s scary is what his potential could be when the pads come on and he can really start hitting. What’s scarier than that? What he’s going to look like in another three to four years in Owasso’s program. Don’t be surprised to see Reagan find his way into the rotation early on in his high school career.

Elien Reagan is a two-way linemen with big size and big time potential. The Sooner State product stands at 6’1 weighs 280 pounds and is one of the strongest kids I’ve seen, pound for pound. In fact, he’a already squatting over 400 pounds and benching 280 pounds–as an eighth grader. Elien is a ferocious blocker with a strong lower half that enables him to move his opponents with ease. With his strength, he has little problem moving people to open up run lanes in the run game. The powerful prospect is off to Owasso High School in the fall, with a varsity program that finished 10-5 a year ago. The Rams play all the traditional Oklahoma powerhouses: Bixby, Jenks, Union, Broken Arrow, Mustang, etc., so he come battle-tested against some of the states brightest future stars. In addition to his strength and size, he has pretty good fundamentals and is able to handle a variety of different athletes with the same level of success on every play. He has a strong punch with good feet, consistently knowing how to win in the trenches. With everything that I have seen from him, he is trending towards being an impact player in the trenches fairly early in his high school career. He’ll be at the PRZ Next Oklahoma Rising Prospect camp this April.

Talk about an absolute physical presence on the offensive and defensive line, Reagan is more than enough for other pre-high school kids to handle. The 6-foot-1, 280-pounder is already squatting 365-pounds for multiple reps and incline bench-pressing 245-pounds. From what I’ve gathered, he’s a young man I’d want my son to be like off the field, and a very bad dude on it. He’ll be at Owasso next year.

Year in and year out, Owasso High School takes on some of the best competition the state of Oklahoma has to offer. For proof of that, all one needs to do is look at their 2-4 record thus far on the season and then look at their No.23 ranking in the state. Despite the losing record they’re still a top-25 team in the state at this point. There’s also reason for more optimism in Ram Land when they welcome in Reagan next year as a Freshman. The current eighth-grader currently stands a stout 6-foot-1 and 280-pounds and has the ability to go with his size. He’s a mauler across the front and can seemingly flip on that mean switch in the trenches. Aside from being the biggest guy on the field for the eighth-grade Rams, he’s also a two-way lineman wearing jersey No.8. Can’t miss ’em.
