is going to be a three-year starting quarterback for Owasso when he takes the field this fall. In his first two seasons, he’s helped lead the Rams to back to back state championship game appearances. Now, he’s hungry for a third but he’s tired of leaving with the silver ball. Frankenfield is a terrific quarterback prospect and does a little bit of everything well. We’ve had the chance to watch him up close a few times this offseason in our 7v7 tournaments and each time, he has commanded the offense with precision and authority. He knows exactly where he wants to go with the ball at all times and we’re fired up to see how that translates to this fall. Because the Rams are losing some of their top offensive talent to graduation. There will be new names everywhere for Frankenfield at the wide receiver position. But his confidence going into the year has to be at an all time high.

continues to be one of the best quarterbacks in the state, regardless of class. Frankenfield has taken a massive step forward this season as a QB prospect in our opinion. He’s grown physically and basically lived in the weight room this offseason. His transformation definitely makes him a name to remember as we get closer to the offseason. Frankenfield is taking care of the football this season and he’s getting all of his offensive weapons involved. That’s one of the things we like most about his game. The Rams are not lacking talent at the skill positions and Frankenfield utilizes all of those pieces to be successful.

right now. Last season, in his first year as QB1, Frankenfield came out of the gates swinging and left no doubt that he’s the real deal at the quarterback position. This offseason, it’s been well documented of his continued growth, both physically and as an overall player for the Rams. Last season, Frankenfield benefitted from having arguably the best offensive line in the state. This season, he’ll benefit from having the best group of skill players in the state. Owasso’s offense can light up the scoreboard this season and Frankenfield is the triggerman that makes it go.
(2024 All State Honorable Mention)

right from the start of the 2024 season. He immediately caught our attention with his performance against Bixby in the season opener and our opinion of him only continued to grow throughout the regular season. Frankenfield emerged as one of the state’s more efficient quarterbacks and like we mentioned multiple times during his sophomore season, he simply did not look like a sophomore, making his first ever starts, at any point during the year. Frankenfield has a high ceiling as your prototypical quarterback moving forward but he also showcased he’s a decent athlete. Now, we’re very interested to see how Frankenfield continues to develop moving forward. He had the benefit of having arguably the best offensive line in the state. Two D1 signees will need to be replaced so Frankenfield will need to have his head on a swivel.
