Kai had a big, deep catch and run for a touchdown, and he was a player who was open vertically on the night. He is a mismatch, moves well, and has good speed for his size and position. He lines up as the big slot and was a player who did a good job of creating separation throughout the night. He is also a physical blocker and does well in run support.
Wesley is a large target and should be a key part against Lone Peak. He’ll operate in the middle and can be a reliable chain mover in key 3rd downs, and he has the skill set to win intermediate. He’ll be an extension of the run and, with his strong hands, can help Orem maintain drives and possessions. He’ll be a player to watch.
Wesley will be the chess piece in this game. Granger is aggressive and physical, but they lack the size at the backer position and in the secondary. Wesley will be a mismatch all over the field, if they can get him going, he’ll create a lot of chaos against Granger.
Wesley is an exceptional modern-day TE that can be in-line or detached. He is a chess piece and an offensive weapon. Due to his size and athleticism, he is a mismatch. He’s too fast and athletic for backers, and too big and physical for most safeties. He has put on good weight this offseason, and he displays good footwork, knows where to sit in zone coverages, and has a large catch radius.
Wesley has added size during the offseason, and a stronger, bigger version of last year will be pretty scary. He is an athletic, physical playmaker who creates mismatches wherever he is lined up. Wesley will shift focus to football once the baseball season is over, but the added weight to his frame will be helpful during the season for added physicality. He brings a great catch radius and a player that you want to throw it up to and play above the rim. He’s a solidified Power-Four recruit
Wesley has been active this offseason with official visits and baseball but he was a particapant and has a large catch radius and moves well. He continues to be a mismatch and a weapon as he can be detached from the line and is too athletic for most linebackers and too big for most safeties. During the 7’s he ha a route where he got separation from his defender and was wide open down the field. Wesley is set up for a fantastic season and should be a mismatch in nearly every situation.
Wesley is a big-bodied athletic Tight End who can be detached from the line, be a big slot, a move Tight End, and lined up as an extension of the Offensive Line in run situations. Wesley is a fluid mover and a mismatch for opposing defenses. He’s too gifted to be paired with a Linebacker and Wesley is too big for most Safeties. He can operate down the seam for chunk yards and short area targets to move the chains. Wesley knows where to sit in the soft spot of zone coverages and with his frame, he brings a large catch radius and is a safety blanket for his Quarterback. Most players at his height are limited athletically, but Wesley has great movement and light-footed for a player of his physical size and style. Wesley has strong hands and easily drags defenders for a ride. His frame allows him to add on an additional 20 lbs without compromising his athletic nature. As a blocker, Wesley is a mauler. He is physical in the run game and doesn’t shy away from doing the dirty work. He is a physical and chippy player who brings a unique skill set to the receiving game, he’s a chess piece that can be deployed in numerous ways.
