Max has been used all over to fill the gaps in the Orem offense. He’s been used as a running back, in the slot, in the boundary, as a key blocker, and whatever else they need. Max is athletic enough to do it. His home is as a receiver, but he has the contact balance and vision to be a running back. He’s been an excellent chess piece this season.

Stonebraker was used as a chess piece; he took direct handoffs out of the backfield, lined up in the slot, and ran routes as a running back. He did well running the ball but his true home will be at wide receiver. Due to his skillset, he has found a home in the backfield as he’s too talented an athlete to be kept off the field. He had an exciting touchdown on the evening.
